My h2b cannot say anything to me about changing his mind on anything. He told me last week he wanted a navy blue prince Edward suit with cravat, waistcoat etc. Now all of a sudden (under influence because his dad said he does like the idea of a cravat or prince Edward) he wants a dinner suit with matching waistcoat and gold tie! I've been searching all over the place for hire companies that have a matching waistcoat to the suit and can't find any as they are all coloured waistcoats. I'm not bothered about the dinner jacket as its actually cheaper for us but think he is going to have to back down on the waistcoat idea. He's also said now he's not bothered about navy as long as it isn't black. Men are just as bad! grrrrrrr.

I'm glad he is taking an interest but it should be me messing about not him lol. He said last night when I said its going to be hard to find what he wants without buying it. 'Don't worry Dear we have plenty of time to get it' Hmmm Yes Dear! You clearly haven't studied the hire companies have you?

I think I'm just going to leave it to him. I know he has good taste and will pick something nice. Will be interesting to see if he gets what he wants within budget.

I can now breathe a sigh of relief as H2B has found his suit. We wee both getting bored of looking at suits, to the point where we ha said we would stop looking and would look later on in the year...and then we saw it. Al had originally wanted a Paul Smith suit but at £650 we couldn't justify the cost. However, we found a different PS suit, at less than half price, it's dark gray pinstripe, just like he wanted...AND as an added bonus it is the same style as David Tennant's Doctor Who suit (mmmmmmmmmmm drool). He looks absolutely fantastic in it, although we will need to get some tailoring done to the trousers...but will leave that until nearer the time.
