Hi ladies, my h2b has finally taken a little bit of interest in the wedding. I was asking (pestering) him this weekend to look at shoes for the big day as there were quite a few online sales on ( see my previous posts in 2013) Anyway we did order 2 pairs that arrived today. by the time i had got home from work he had tried them on and chosen the pair he likes. that will be it from h2b for i while I'll bet, but at least it is something......lol Anyone else out there that has a h2b like mine??????

Damn, my h2b has been involved in every part of the planning but there's no chance of me getting him to look at shoes! Lol!

h2b just wants to know how much...lol no detail at all!!! oh apart from his shoes now... but to be honest I think he took an interest because of the price there was 75% off....lol

My h2b keeps telling me off for looking at wedding things!! We only have 10 months to go and haven't done a lot so far...and everything we have done has been done by me!! I have my dress (Not that he knows that), I've booked the venue (After much sulking and moodiness when he was asked to come and look at some places with me!), booked the registrar, and I think I have found dresses for my 2 BMs. I think the problem is, 10 months is a long time for him to choose a suit and shoes..!! I know the rest of it is unimportant to him but I do WISH he would take an interest!!!

Clive you are very good groom!
antonia2008, my hubby to be is the same. He just doesn't seem to realise that we only have a year to go and its gonna go in quickly. I suggested buying our wedding wine as the we live in Scotland and the law changes in October so it becomes much more expensive but he just looked at me like I was suggesting the most ridiculous thing. We have worked out our budget and I have been doing things with my bridesmaids and mum. At least I get what I want lol xxxxx

mine is pretty chilled out! He wanted to be part of the venue choosing, but when it comes to colours/themes/invites/centrepieces etc he's just going with whatever I choose haha! I suspect he'll become more interested when the big day gets closer, but in the early stages he's ridiculously laid back about it all! I quite like being able to have everything how I want it thought :-P xx
Together: 9th June 2007

My h-2-b isn't interested in anything. He keeps saying it's my day, apparently all he has to do is turn up and say "I DO" and thats it. It is driving me insane as I want to talk things through with him but he just says that the wedding is all about the woman. Maybe its because he has been married before. All I can say is that I hope he enjoys the day and thinks I've done well in planning everything. I am just glad I have some great friends that are helping me. Happy Wedding Planning Everyone!!!

I have no chance with this football at the moment! Just hoping an interest is sparked after when there is nothing on tv!! Xx
