So the rules have changed for marriage visas. Now you need to be earning at least 18,500 to sponsor a marriage visa. Very luckily H2B earns more than that so no problem there. However there is a lot of paper worked involved in the process & other bureaucratic hurdles.
Spoke to H2B about it and he actually suggested that we call it all off so he wouldn't have to deal with the paperwork. Then he ranted about this shouldn't apply to us, etc, etc, etc. I know that he didn't mean the whole calling it off thing, but he shouldn't have said it in the first place. Already stressed about the whole visa process enough as it is. Really need to find a lawyer to sort it all. :(
