I saw the documentary on tv and i thought the dresses they wore were beautiful! very princessy and they really go all out on everything dont they! Bet they are great to go to x

The dresses are huge and look very painful to wear - but the family support is always good by the look of it - I have done 1 Gypsy Wedding and it went beautifully

thanks for commentin bak i just wonted to see wot everyone finks of them as we are travlers nd havin a big traditionel gypsy wedding x i no a lot of country people dnt like them nd dont personaly like the dresses but i will be havin a big dress the bigger the better it is x x

I have never seen the documentaries, although I've seen some photos. Personally the huge dresses are not to my taste but each to their own, I'm sure their weddings are beautiful x

Its not about "country people" not liking them..... i guess we just cant understand why

1 - you'd want to wear something thats SO uncomfortable it hurts you
2 - you'd want to wear something so big you get lost in it

i personally dont like them, and no disrepsect, but some of them look like toilet roll holders.... but each to their own

without wishing to sound rude i think the dresses look tacky,they are over done and just look awfull,,alot of brides on here have had big dresses but because of how they are made they look fab,but those extreme dresses,look awfull,just my opinion however,and how people can say they are princess like is beyond me ,i mean have you ever seen a princess wearing anything like that,kicking it out while she walks,getting stuck in her carriage,being pushed down the aaisle lol

i wouldnt know how to walk in a dress thats too big, it wouldnt fit in the room that we are havin, im worried bout mine n mine int that big lol xxx

people shouldnt have to compete tho, they should wear what they feel most comfortable n happy with, not go thru pain to outdo someone else xx
