Why is it that he decide's to have the big wedding.He decides the invites, the suits,the car, the .........
But i am left to do it all. Why am i so angry tonight about it?, he has just messaged to ask if i can make up all 30 of the invites tonight so i can get them sent out. The trouble is i still dont know who i am putting them to in his family. Ie. send one to steph . Steph who, whats her partners name etc? Steph ...... and her partner brent, not sure about kids or his second name ... GREAT HELP Grrrrrr

I dont think dreaming about the wedding is an issue ... I wouldnt be dreaming about having to do guest lists. Is just so many men are too laid back and think oh it will get done because it always does...by someone else!

Just wanted to say that my other half and I made all the invitations for our engagement party together, after designing the invites, and drawing up a list of who to invite, and who not to. We then went on Facebook and other sites, so i could show her pics and profiles of my friends, and hers like wise, then i could put a face to the names, etc. This meant that on the day i knew just about everyone who was there, and something about them, If you dont do this and you are having a large wedding gathering, your other half will be asking you constantly who is that person? and how are they related to you. Also we sent thank you card to everyone who attended on the day, and to those who sent gifts, its much better to do these things together. Also RSVP, most blokes have not got a clue what this means, i am sure one of my friends asked if it meant i supported a Dutch football team.

Rich you are spoiling all the fun. When I used to work away from home we used to go and gatecrash the big weddings because no one had a clue who we were. Its amazing at just how many people invite people for the sake of it then don't realise if they are meant to be there or not. I would know if there are strange people at our wedding as we both know everyone that is coming. Of course if I see two strange noses pushed against the window you are Jill are more than welcome to come in.

david does that... tells me to sort something in a certain budget, sees it and then says right needs to be bigger but then means running around all over again. Roll on winter when his business will be quieter and he can do the running around again.
