just read this thread, well done on getting ur dress back! cant believe what u have had to go through to get it though, that company should be ashamed! not only that imagine how many other brides have had their dress taken after its been paid and dont know how to get it back! maybe still go to the papers and hopefully if there is any others out there they can get theirs back too! well done though, must have taken a lot of research etc i would have given up b4 then and let them win, good for u for fighting for ur dress! x

Hi all, thanks for your comments, I picked my dress up this morning, and it is hanging safely in the spare wardrobe H2b is under strict instructions not to peek. There were no arguments this morning they just handed it over (phew). I am considering sending a bill for the travel, but to be honest I am tired of arguing with them now, and I want to put the whole thing behind me!!! There is no damage it is perfect, thanks for all your kind words xxx

Glad you got it back in perfect condition, i'd still send them the bill for travel expenses and if they say no and your tired of fighting leave it at that at least you tried, you never know until you try. x
