After all the advice about growing hair that was on here the other day, I went to boots and bought Lee Stafford growth repair treatment and the shampoo/conditioner. It cost me £22 for all of it but I used it last night in the bath and my hair feels lush, I have noticed a difference straight away. If that happens after 1 wash my hair should be perfect by the time I get married. If you haven't tried it yet you really do have to. I would recommend it to everyone trying to grow or repair damaged hair.

I might have to treat myself after christmas. Im dying for mine to grow, and look nice. But something has changed and what used to be lovely and healthy hair is now falling out...not snapping...just....falling out and not growing....

hi ryanne, hope you dont mind me butting in here, lol best thing i found to get my hair in condition as well as the lee stafford is c1 caffeine shampoo... i use it every day and my hair is doing great.

cant believe the difference in my hair since i started using these products! my hair has grown over 1 inch in 4 weeks it looks great been using caffeine shampoo then the stafford condiotioner and treatment. i also take a kelp supplement every day if that helps

it grew quite quick, just not as thick... the lee stafford seems to be conditioning it more than helping with growing it to be honest.

I got the lee stafford treatment, there was an offer on in b00ts so thought I would give it a whirl. I've only used it once but I love the effect it's already had on my hair :)

Another thing that is good for your skin, hair and nails is prenatal vitamins. I think it's any vitamins that are quite strong with biotin work, but apparently prenatal vitamins have a lot of this biotin stuff in!

how are those that are taking them getting on with the kelp supplements? I took them years ago when I was trying to grow my hair and they worked really well. But this time around they've made me feel a bit ill! I am using the Lee Stafford stuff though and I think it's made a difference. they're quite often on offer which is good too.
