H2b has turned into a groomzilla. His mum called today and asked if our youngest nephew could wear a kilt. I said no we want all the boys in suits as we have bought them now. She said she would apy for it again i said no. I phoned h2b and warned him that his mum would probably phone and tell him what i said. So he phoned her instead and she said told him that i said no. Hes not a happy bunny and said he will be having words with her later as we have a feeling that she might try and hire a kilt for him for wearing on the day. Hes said that hes telling her no if she is hiring a kilt for one boy she will have to do it for the 5 of them we are having there.

    xx

What is it with people thinking that everyone has to be in the bridal party and wearing the same? If that is the case then all my guests would be in it as the only people coming are the ones that are special to me. I really hope she doesn't go behind you backs as that would be so disrespectful.

Thats is so cheeky if she tries to hire a kilt! It's good for you though, that he isn't scared to put his foot down with her.

She said it would be nice to have him in his kilt as he is giving me my horseshoe and this is the only chance he will get to wear one, God knows how she works that out. His mum and dad may decided to get married one day or they may come an occassion where he will get to wear one at school. she is just driving us nuts at the mo. xx

I really don't like when people resort to emotional blackmail. Why can't they just be happy with the decisions you have both made?

I had the same thought as Emsy. Its so great to see a groom backing his bride coz we read so many rants where it is the opposite! Go Mr shelby go Mr Shelby! hehe. Hope she got the messege hun, id hate for you all to fall out over it so close to the wedding! xxx
