Gunmetal grey is nice, and elegant, or there are lots of shades of green out there... I dont think either are dull You may want to change your forum name as it is showing your email address :)
There are so many people out there who will tell you
what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

I think grey is a very understated colour, i think you should embrace it!!!!
I'd do....
Men: grey suits, white shirt, green cravat & white/ivory waistcoat.
Adult Bridesmaids: grey dresses with green flowers
I think it would look very elegant, understated and classy
Soon to be Mrs Gary Doublé
Everything is now booked
Getting really stressed and excited now

Thanks nicsquared, took me a while to work out how!! I thought it would be simple and elegant, I'm hoping to have lillies as centre peices and limes as name cards to add a touch of green! My only concern is the photos, if men are in grey suits and my bridesmaids are in grey will that look ok! I'm so indecisive and am considering putting them in dusky pink or yellow! Future mrs mac have you found any reasonable priced bridesmaid dresses?? I think I have been through the whole of the rainbow!!

Oh go for grey! My partner wouldn't let me lol he's got a real thing against the colour for some unfathomable reason... but it makes me think of George Peppard in Breakfast At Tiffany's, classically handsome, and you get some beautiful charcoal grey bridesmaids dresses! I also think apple green is a perfect colour to compliment it, much less common than purple or burgandy! x

There's a wedding venue near me that I follow on bookface. Last week there was a wedding and the colour scheme was grey. It looked beautiful, very sophisticated and elegant. Green will go lovely as would yellow ( lemon has been mention). Just a wee splash of colour x
