Ive been looking through some holiday brochures in regards to our honeymoon. We have been to Turkey before and thought it was a lovely place, however I have been looking at Greece and Cyprus too, the problem is we haven't been to these 2 countries so we are indecisive of which to possibly go for. I was hoping you brides to be could give advise if you have been to either country before

I want to go Greece or Crete from my honeymoon but is doubtful due to cost. I went Kefalonia and was beautiful. Loved it, but want to go somewhere new , as want somewhere me and my oh can discover together as went kef with a ex. But we both love Greek history, and its got nice weather to boot.
Met June 2009 on my Birthday,Met again July 2009 and got
together, May 2010 Moved in,Jan 2011 got pregnant,
August 2011 Got our own place, 2011 Had our Baby Girl,
Dec 2011 Got engaged, July 2015 Getting married! Yay!

I love love love Greece! Have been to Rhodes 3 times and it is gorgeous. Would not hesitate to recommend.. especially the South of the island, in particular Lindos xx

I've never been to Cyprus but my h2b is from there and my parents have a holiday home out there and love it! I have been to Greece and absolutely loved it there! My favourite island by far is Kos. It is a small island on the Agean sea (you can actually see Turkey from it and can do a days excursion by boat over to there) and it is so untouched that it is gorgeous. There is a lovely marina and plenty of shops and historical places to visit but no buildings are allowed to be built more than three stories high which means that the scenery around is unspoilt. Corfu and Rhodes are also lovely islands to go to :) if you want any hotel recommendations then feel free to send me a message on here :) xxx

I was born in Cyprus, it's a beautiful country. I think Cyprus and Greece are pretty similar in culture/weather so I guess just find the best deal you can. Both would be a great holiday :)
When I was younger I went to halkidiki in Greece which was beautiful and really want to get H2B to take me back sometime :)

My oh is from Cyprus, and I've been to Greece over a hundred times. I couldn't recommend it enough!
Kefalonia is my favourite place on earth, and there is a fabulous spa resort near xi beach.
Cyprus is gorgeous as well, and great for all inclusive/spa breaks.
We are going there in October for a cousins wedding. The Aphrodite hills in paphos, villa with private pool etc, take a look...you'll be pleasantly surprised x
