Absolutely fab representative that came out from that "kissing" company. Chosen our rings and hoping to book within a week when we have the deposit!! They are simple elegant rings with a edging on them. I cant have diamonds as im a nurse but these are beautiful :) xxx

it works out at 690 for both rings including postage and packaging. it depends what your after hun, mine is in 19 carat n hubbys is 9ct. if your after both in 9 carat then it would be much cheaper. they are definitely the nicest rings iv seen and they have a life time thing where you can have them resized or polished if they get scratched which is ace xx

they are went to try on wedding band today and it is lush the jeweller only have to polish it and finish it off roughly in what ball park are their rings jsut out of interest thanks

They come round to my house and the guy they sent out was brilliant. The ring my partner wanted was not there (just typical of my partner to be the awkward one lol) app the company have not got an example as its £350 to get the ring made in silver, she wants white gold. Im a bit hesitant to get it without seeing it as if we dont like it we have paid for a ring that we can not use. Has everyone been happy with there rings from the company?

Im having problems with ernerst jone who my h2b got my e-ring from and s m o o c h have been fantastic. As we are getting our wedding rings from them they have told me to contact them to see what they can do to help with the problems with my engagement ring and if i dont get my ring back from erenst jones soon i'll be on hte phone to them to see what they can do for me so i for one sing their praises and cant wait to get my wedding ring!!!!!! our rep came round last night and wow there was load to choose from. I've got a white gold e ring and was worried about putting palladium with it as i've been told its fine but they explained that it would wear my e ring out so i went for their white gold ring thats mixed with palladium so that it doesn't need plating. We went over our budget though by £400!!! but hey you wear them a lifetime! The free gifts are good, you get 3 tiffany style heart necklaces and a best man keyring.

I had a lovely girl round last night and we have ordered ours :) woo hoo!!! Its a total match to my engagement ring, just a plain band but in getting 5 diamonds put in in top 1/3 of the ring! Love it!!! Paul wasnt at all interested about rings etc, he said im not bothered anything will do....until she turned up then he was loving it (more than me i think) we wont get ours til about feb time but least its another job done xxx

I think you should but it would be hard to advertise to potential h2bs as its not like they have a website like this you could advertise on or anything like that and you couldnt do a fair like the wedding fairs that you do. So that would be a hurdel to over come.

We can use your 'old' diamonds or other stones but we can't use the metal because melting small quantities makes it very difficult to control the quality. GIve us a call with a bit more information and we''ll work out what we can do. By the way did your 'EJ' problem get sorted out?

As per my answer to Clarabella, unfortunately we can't use old rings to make something new.
We find that metling small quantities of gold (such as old rings) doesn't give us good results due to the impurites and potentail for tiny air bubbles to be trapped in the gold. This would mean the 'new' rings would not be our usual standard and might not even pass the hallmarking tests.
Unfortunately there are some high street jewellers who tell customers they will melt their rings down and make new jewellery but all they do is sell your old ring for scrap and buy in a new one. There have been several prosecutions about this in recent years but most of the time its very hard to prove.
If you have jewellery with stones in that you would like us to reset we can do that. Other jewellers also offer this service.
