I've already rung them upset because to be honest I am. I hurt myself trying to get downstairs to get the ball in case they climbed over. I'm just sick of it now and really don't need this. Kev is in Brum at the moment so by the time he got back the chances are they would be gone. Going to leave the ball with the police though so if they want it they collect it from them. At least then the police can point out the laws to them.

do you know anyone with a very big scary dog you can borrow for the day? i cant beieve that the police or council wont do anything but the minute you do they will be round it an instant, can you put something by the fence like a very prickly bush or some thorns, or maybe a childrens paddling pool filled with nasty stuff lol, hope you get it sorted hun. x

I would love a dog but we don't have time to keep one ourselves and don't know anyone local with one. We are putting spikes on all the fences though.

get some holly bushes put in all along the fence, or gorse bushes- those bug-gers hurt! then also put anti vandal paint on the top of the fence, that stuff is a complete nightmare to get off both skin and clothes! if that doesnt put them off i dont know what will.

but also keep on at the council, police and the footie club ( even though its not just them) and one of the 3 will eventually get so annoyed with the constant calling ( get your neighbours to do the same if they will) that will give in and do something about it. My bets would be on the council cracking first, especially if you insist on speaking to the same person each time (imagine getting calls from the same person EVERY day about the same issue, for weeks, think it would become annoying rather quickly!)
