this is one of my biggest fears choosing a photographer how did you choose? i have been to 8 wedding fayes and met about 20 something photographers

We are on a very tight budget and went onto our local gumtree website and looked for a photographer. We contacted a few who sent us pics and looked at the prices. Because we are on such a tight budget we got in contact with a girl who works with 3 other people and they are looking to broaden their portfolio so showed us photos of weddings they have done. They have agreed to do it for free in return for them using some of our pics for their website and in their portfolio. xx
We just got lucky I suspose. I dont live in the area where we are getting married so I googles photographers in durham and just browesed though the different companies. I looked at the galleries and narrowed it down to 2. I then looked at the prices and went with the one with the best offer.
When we met him, he brought samples of his work and albums. We asked him how he usually does thing, What kind of photographs he takes, Where would he take photographs. He also gave us some advice on suppliers in the area to, which was nice.

oh thanks i feel this will be one of the hardest choices we have to make!!! we are trying to do our wedding as cheap as possible but stylish aswell if thats possible !!

Of course it os possible. Just because you are sticking to a small budget doesnt mean it has to be cheap looking and tacky. xx
