Morning ladies, Well in my head I seriously thought I was getting there with all my planning but, I have just re written all my lists and my 'things to STILL sort' list far outweighs my 'sorted' list. Arrrggghhhhhh!!!! 5 months to go felt like a lifetime away but in reality it means I have seriously got to pull my socks up and get sorted, trying to keep costs to a minimum too which makes all this even more worrying. Anyone else suddenly realising what such a HUGE task we have on our hands? Xx

i've got a meeting with my venue in a few weeks so think that will give me the kick up the bum i need to get on with the rest lol x

At the moment, it seems like everything needs to be done but i have a lot of time to do it all in. 5 months is still enough time to get everything sorted, just work your way through your list, and get help from h2b/parents so it's not so stressful xx

im feeling a bit lost now as i have done most of my stuff left to do is and still got 129 to go
feb/may 2012 sat the 24th me and my moh are going to do order of day books and do the table name cards going shopping for my sil2b dress 4th of march hair and make up trial that is April the 15th
may/June 2012 table plan have made it just got to print the names and stick them on but don't want to do that to got r.s.v.p's my mum wont go shopping for my sisters dress to june as she is growing a lot and my sis is my bm make emergency kit for wedding day June 22nd my hen night h2bs final suit fitting June 23rd June 24th last min wedding bits and make gold bows for wedding so be last min d.i.y bits 31st of June salon pamper day for my and moh
the 1st of July day before wedding wake up and clean house go view flowers and have helium balloons pumped up go view wedding cake eat dinner 7.00pm-9.30pm decorate reception 10.30pm home and shower 11.00pm-12.00am chill with sil2b 12.00am-7.30am sleep(well try to)

not wedding related no but at uni yes, ive had since september to start my research for my assignment and its due in next month and yep you guessed it ive still not done it haha on top of this ive also got exams in april and ive just enrolled myself on to another course :O

right here is what you still have to do
wedding flowers? sort out hen night or is someone doing that for you? sorted out wedding gifts? table plan? table names if having them sorted out decorations for venue ? sorted out grooms suit? hair and make up trail? you having any page boys and ushers? make emergency kit have you got any d.i.y bits to do?
you need to write a list a bit like i did so you have like month to month things and then you have a list for day before wedding and wedding timings for wedding day to help your day run a bit smoother well try to lol

Ok so wedding flowers an old friend said she will do them cost price for me but hasn't got back to me about it yet. I have asked another old friend to do my hair which she has agreed to but because we havent talked prices I dont want to tick that off my list yet. With wedding gifts do you mean a gift list? or thank you gifts? I haven't sorted either, not sure I want to do a guest list. Have ideas about what I want to buy for thank yous. Looking today on the internet for balloons for venue and I have bought a couple of packets of table gems and my nan has some bows for us. Grooms suit hire needs to be sorted need to make an appointment of a place we have found. What is an emergency kit? sorry im being dumb. And finally DIY, I want to make my own wishing tree instead of using a guest book, I have a design ready. Thanks I will start writing it all out in more detail now. xx

gifts for your bms, mothers, and paigboys? have you deiced if you want gifts or money as wedding presents? ok have the bows been maid? if not set time aside to do them but only 1 week before wedding and do you need to decorate venue? if so you need to workout timings for this what time you need to be there how long it will take to decorate and how many will decorate with you. would sort groom out asap so you know that's done emergency kit im making sure i have makeup with me and plasters you can use the internet on ideas what to pack in it that's what i did
try to talk to your friend about your hair and sort trial out to who's doing your make up?
and you need to chase up the flower lady too i have ordered mine and put deposit down in feb

Yeah I know what I want to buy for bridesmaids and so on, not having a paige boy apart from my son who will be an honoree one as he will be 5/6 months. Think we would rather have money for presents but wouldn't like to ask lol. Bows are those ones you just pull and it makes them. I will go and decorate the venue with my mum the day before not sure on exact time will need to check when we can have access. Will check about emergency kit then thanks. Will fb my friend about hair to remind her and also about the flowers. Doing my make up myself had a consultation at a make up counter the other day need to buy some a bit at a time. xx
