My wedding service is at 12pm in my hometown the rest of the day is at hotel in the town I now live which is about 40-50mins drive away, we are putting on buses from the hotel to church and back again so the buses will be leave hotel at 10.30am to go to town then once in town move on mini bus to get to church as church is on mouth of a rive with small lanes after service everyone won't be back to hotel to 14.30-15.00 wedding breakfast is at 16.00 we got a wedding package with hotel in the packages there is no niddles for drinks reception and the hotel what charge a extra £62.00 a platter for canapés that's only for 10 people but we got 100-110 people in the day so I had an idea for doing food goody bags & bottle of water for people to have on the buses back to hotel after service do think this is good idea and what do think I can put in the goody bag, know it two years way but trying getting things sorted on paper so we can buy things as we go, I won't be buying any food to closer wedding but would like get a list together of things.

That sounds like a really good idea as it sounds like a long day for you and your guests. I would check with the bus company that this is allowed, i can't see why it wouldn't but just incase.

That sounds like a fab idea! I would just check with the bus company but normally they just say as long as they take the rubish away. x

Haven't picked bus company yet we got few in the area, that is one of the things that I make sure is allowed when I booking, i wanted to give them an snack as it a long time as we could get married in the hotel but I really get married in church I always said that's where I go get married to since I was a little girll, but didn't fancy paying the £62.00 a canapé platter.
