Hi ladies, not been on here in ages but need to pick some brains.
I am doing goody bags for the kids to keep them entertained after the meal (during speeches etc.) I have 6 young kids whose bags are already sorted with colouring pencils, cars, games etc. but i'm struggling for the 2 older ones.
What can I put in a goody bag for a 15 year old girl (H2Bs niece, she needs something as she is only one her age there)?
And for a 12 year old boy (H2Bs nephew, again only one in his age range)?

what about copying a load of wordsearch, spot the difference, anagrams, crossword type things and making up a little 'to do' book for her, or make your own wedding themed one. We have a few older kids at our wedding and are doing this for them, we are also making them a 'task sheet' just with a few requests on such as...please take some photos of....(various things) draw us a lovely picture of the day and post into the wedding box, make them in charge of guests on their table to sign the guest book ...etc

Disposable cameras? Could give them jobs as your photographers.. my sister's 14 and she loves taking photos! She also loves word searches etc like Kev's Angel said... :)
Can't wait until the 14th July 2012!

I was thinking about the camera's actually, for all the kids cos the little ones love taking pics too, we're not having cameras on the table as its usually a waste of money so might be nice for them to have, with a list of "shots" they need to get.
I was also thinking for the older ones, those 20Q games were the little machine does 20 questions to guess what you're thinking, they are cool!

Have a look in Hawkins Bazaar (am i allowed to say that? sorry if i'm not!!) as they have great bits for kids young and old across a range of prices.

Those 20Q things are brilliant, what about other little brain teasers like that, the Bedlam Cube is really good. In fact, we've got a "Find it" that my 13 y/o cousin pounces on whenever they visit!
