I use bare mineral foundation and although I love it's coverage I find it comes off on my nose and chin after a kiss lol Could anyone recommend a foundation that will last all day and give a natural looking coverage? Thanks

Do you use a primer before using foundation? If so, try it. It helps keep the foundation on and lasts longer, it also covers up redness so gives you an even better coverage.

I wondered this as well. I had a very cheap quote from a make up artist and she mentioned that it might be easier to use my own foundation, I use a cheapish max factor foundation daily but I wanted something that bit more special on the day. I read somewhere as well it's good to get foundation with yellow pigments (or something along those lines) in it as it works well with flash photography? I'm confused as to which brand to even consider, maybe thinking of going to a make up counter and asking them?

I always use only tinted moisturizer but am considering an actual foundation for the wedding - so I'll keep my eyes peeled :-)
I don't know about the foundation but generally I like Maybelline make-up. It's a good quality and not the priciest.

I haven't actually tried it with a primer, can I still use moisturiser with a primer?
Yes, moisturise and then put a primer on and then your foundation. A lot of make up artists use bare minerals so I would try a primer and see how you get on as you more than likely wouldn't need to buy a new foundation x

I like clinique...I went for a bridal makeup trial and that's what she used, my skin looked immaculate all day so I bought it and now use it all the time - bit pricey but worth it! x

go to urban decay counter hun in debenhams best make up around! primer about £2o a tube but last ages cos u only put a little bit on and about same for foundation, mine is a compact that is cream but goes on liek foundation itc=s ace!!!! mac is meant to be good too but my beauty lady says it does causes spots in a lot of people
