what do people think of goldfish bowls to put as centrepieces.. with decorations inside?

i cant find any cheaper than about £20 per bowl, anybody have any ideas for cheaper options?

might be cheaper to search for fish bowls, rather than fish bowl vases, even though theres technically no difference some people will charge extra for one or the other

yes please, i really want them! i went to a wedding fayre with bil's fiancee and we saw some there that a florist provides, but they do the flowers for it, so wouldnt really make it any cheaper for me, but i'd really like to do something of my own...really wanted to do the invites but with 3 children, dont think i'm gonna find chance to do that many invitations....so at least this is the next best thing x

When I went to the wholesale florist - they sell Jimminies (just a tad smaller than gerbras) at £50 for 48 at the min - although she though would be less than that after valentines/mothers day and they sell the long grass stems for 3.50 for a big bunch. Also you can get crystal gel that can me made up 2 weeks in advance - would make a lovely centre piece x

no idea on wheere to find the bowls or anything but did have an idea; depending on what your theme is, you could use the water-proof sand at the bottom, or maybe buy some crsytal-ie stones or somthing to line the bottom. Also, make sure theyre sealed-ish on the top of kids might decide to feed fishy peas :/
hope you have a lovly time <3 x
