I really dont like the feel of it on my skin anymore, which is really weird, as until recently, I used to always wear it when I went out for a ngiht out, I never bother for the rest of the week, I actually used to wear it every day many years ago, but now I just hate it, the thought of it even being on my skin makes my face feel funny haha. The last time I put some on, I just washed it straight off, as my skin actually looked better with out it, it just seemed to highlight my pores more than anything

Would a tinted moisteriser be good enough, with concealer wherever I needed it? I'l be getting someone to do my make up for me regardless, I just dont want to have someone come in and cake my face in a layer of make up - though I dont photograph well without foundation ive noticed....!

You should get a trial with just the moisturiser and take some pics to see how it looks. Have you tried the Bare Minerals as I don't like the feeling of liquid foundation on my skin but love Bare Minerals. I'm the same I usually only wear it at weekends xx

Some make-up artists work without foundation for a wedding anyway. If your skin is even enough then a concealer alone can be longer lasting and more natural. When speaking to make-up artists, ask them what they would do in this instance and gauge it from their confidence. At your trial you can see how they work.

I'm like you in that I don't like the feeling of foundation on my skin, so I wear a mineral make-up. I work with make-up on a daily basis, and offer make-up lessons to many women that don't like foundation, switching them to a powder is often very successful.

I often just wear a bit of concealer and find it does the job better than foundation. Foundation feels like a second skin that's not supposed to be there to me sometimes and unless it's a perfect match it can be obvious that you're wearing it. But concealer just helps even things out a bit. I think a tinted moisturiser and some concealer will do the job just fine :) Only one way to find out though!

I always use tinted moisturiser and just concealer under my eyes as not a fan of foundation and hate that caked on feeling. If you use a good quality brand then it should last all day for you hun. I love my b*bbi brOwn one xx

I think I'll buy myself some tinted moisturiser later, see how I get on with that, the other problem I have with foundation is I can't moisturise, and I carry a jar with me in the day so I can moisturise if im out haha, ive never used the tinted stuff before, il see what B00t5 have later, ive never really dabbled in that or concealer, so I wouldnt mind having a make up trial, if just to get some make up tips for general use!

Or try BB cream -Maybelline is good, you don't need much and it works quite well. I hate foundation too but BB cream is more like a moisturiser. And if you want to give some moisture whilst you're wearing makeup Simple have a spray that moisturises your skin over you makeup I think x

I think barre minerals is amazing and looks totally natural but dosn't feel like anything on your skin. It just enhances your natural shade.

I'm the same, and use a tinted moistouriser. Why not go to the makeup counter at your local b00ts and see if you can try some samples, see what you prefer? I know some of the stuff can be expensive, so will be better to try before you buy I think xx

As princess2b says try Bare Minerals. It's so light and doesn't feel like foundation at all because it's a powder! It will even out your complexion and is actually meant to be good for your skin! I use this all the time now.

id see how you look on photos without it hun, it can really wash you out if you dont have it on, especially in bright sunlight! maybe go to somewhere that sells make up like B 00 Ts and see if they can give any suggestions?
