    Please read the questions below. We are closer to the big day but we still have a few niggles. Is there anything else we need to cover as its miles away to the venue so I cant keep popping up and down.

    List of questions for Sarah on the 6th April.
    Q1. What does the easel look like and do they have an example of a table plan?
    Q2. What do the table name holders look like?
    Q3. How are the canapes served up? and is this before the photos or after?
    Q4. We definitely want a rectangular table for the ceremony. Can they add this to our requirements now?
    Q5. We want a table for the cake but also a table for the pictures of marriages throughout the generations. Do they have a small rectangular table we can put this on, along with the wedding post box/birdcage? If so, what size.
    Q6. If there is no ranalph rest for the evening meal the night before, can we cancel the reservation for the brasserie the night before?
    Q7. Can you check the info we are providing on the table name cards? I.e. check the info on the history of crewe hall is correct.
    Q8. Can you add a bottle of champagne onto the morning of the wedding and what time would they reccomend to serve as we are having photies getting ready and would like it for then.
    Q9. Have they taken the original flower order off the bill other than the long and low? We ordered direct though the flower shop in crewe in the end.
    Q10 The biggy: Food; Print off a copy of the desired menu and evening buffet and ask accordingly.
    Q11. Who organises the greeting line and what is the order? Is this the master of ceremonies provided and doe she introduce the speeches?
    Q12. Are my bags definitely being taken to the new room? When will they be there by and is there a safe in the room?
    Q13. BY when do they need public liability insurance for all entertainers? Does she definitely still need one for blitz fireworks since they are the only ones allowed on site for this?
    Q14. As well as the dance floor, do they provide any other lighting?
    Q15. What do we do about getting people on the dance floor as it will still be light by the time the evening starts? Also, due to daves eye sight, are the lights dimmable so it is not completely dark later on?
    Q16. Will the ceremony room be set up the night before i.e. just chairs arranged as I need to check the aisle and location of the registrars table?
    Q17. When will the bridal breakfast room be set up for me to check location of tables etc? I appreciate this will prob be in use the night before.
    Q18. Is there a safe place to store my shoes as I am swapping from my JC to a simple pair for photies that I dont mind getting wrecked.
    Q19. The contract stipulates that the favors, place cards etc need to be at the venue a week earlier but I am coming up the day before so is this acceptable?

    thanks hun. I just have loads and loads going around in my head and I know I have missed things off. Did a search but only got general questions for before you book. I need help with what the niggly bits are after you have booked x
