We are having out photos took in Viewpark Gardens which is in Uddingston - I really struggled to find somewhere as I don't really know North Lanarkshire that well and didn't want to go to one of the parks in Glasgow as we would be going back on ourselves!!! Victoria Park is lovely what about Dalmuir Park???

book all saint church, one beside firestation at coatdyke, looked at alona (didnt know it was at the theme park m & D ). so thats no go. looked at hamilton town house (they wanted £1300 for booking the hall and food and drink on top of that), tudor was booked, as was any other venue within 20 miles. have pre booked tudor for the day before, now need to try change church. on up side, already booked my live band.

I looked at the tudor but thought the service was really poor when I turned up, walked out crying cause thought I was going to book my big day, plus believe it or not the hilton was actually cheaper...the meal cost in the tudor was cheap, however when you add linen, drinks etc etc it worked out much more expensive..why dont you try the hilton? Its 36 pound a head and that includes 3 drinks 3 course meal, linen, cake stand, massageand make up for the bride then 15% off make up for the bridesmaids, 3 months free gym membership, a room on the night plus flowers for your table (can upgrade if you want too) candleabras for the tables...i am sure there is more stuff but I think its quite a good price...

Congratulations...its fab..yeah ive got loads done but you find once you've got your venue sorted then the ball starts rolling with everything else. One thing I havent done yet isget my shoes I only found out recently I can only have 1 inch heels which is proving difficult to find nice ones but hey ho will solider on and keep ma fingers crossed :-) If you need info on anything let me know and i will see if I can help you. I got my flowers from thistle flowers in hamilton very reasonable and the lady is really good, she works from home and i stumbled over her by accident and soooo glad I did. I think I might have a 10% off voucher for her I will look and see if I can find it, if you like. I got 6 bouquets for bridesmaids, mine, 2 corsages 8 buttonholes, 2 bouquets for our parents and it was around 300pound. I was quoted alot more than that from alot of the other florists. Its Allisons Flowers who does the table arrangements, however she was approx 100 quid alone for mine...sorry rambling now :-)
