Just wanted to ask, We are due to book to give notice of marriage in 3 weeks & 2 days and want to know if anyone can tell me what documents we have to take with us? I know one is our passports. Also what sort of questions do they ask you both? worried that we'll get it wrong or that we dont get the go ahead.. I am a huge worrier lol Thanks in advance x

Dont worry hun, they need evidence of your name, age and nationality so your current passports should cover that. Take a current utility bill as proof of address for your both. If either of you have been married before you will need to take original divorce documents too x

ive been told because i was born after 1 jan 1983 i have to take my mothers birth certificate

i think you only have to take your mothers birth certificate if you are using your certificate as proof of identity. h2bs booked to give notice next week and I'm booking tomorrow for next Wednesday so exciting x
when you ring to book they will go through what documentation you need to take so don't worry and what you have mention is fine from what i can member its just simple question about you and h2b

Thanks girls :) I think I'm only nervous because my H2b has such a crap memory that when asked he never remembers my date of birth etc lol I'm the one who has to remember families birthdays and other occasions haha xx
