    We've had to change our appointment 3 times so far as something's always come up with his work (I think he might be trying to tell me something ;) ) have our appointment booked for the 7th nov.....will keep u posted if this one actually goes ahead!!! Hope you had a lovely day Elle!!xx

    It was a lovely day but not smooth sailing with the registrar!

    Poor mum had to come to the rescue with her birth certificate as I was born after a certain date & my passport expried in 2011!
    Sorted in the end though
    Chinese was lovely
    Even picked up an xmas present for our son too!

    Another thing ticked off the list eh?

    You have to givve notice of your intention to marry each other in the township you live in
    This is then put on show for 15 clear days and after that period (if no objections) you receive your license to marry at the chosen venue on your date & time.
    It can only be done 12 months before wedding at the very earliest
