    little kettle i don't use the name now as i had my name changed as a child in something like 1989 i was married the fist time in 2000 and have gone by married name since then and as far as i can see you can only replace the deed poll if thats the name you are currently using. i have my full birth certificate, first marriage licence ,husbands death certificate and will take a bank statement and medical card so should be ok but you can never tell with these ppl.xx

    I went to give notice yesterday and was surprised at how easy it was. All we needed was passport and a utility bill or bank statement. Both answered questions about each other and signed our lives away. Happy now that's done!
