Hi all, I'm looking for a way of having a gift list that can link through to several different websites, as I don't think we'll be buying all the stuff for the house from the same place. I also wanted to try and find somewhere however that would maybe allow for several people to 'chip in' to the cost of something (eg a sofa/table as that's expensive). Does anyone know any websites that do this??
Help appreciated!

I think there are sites but I think they take commission. Can you not ask for the money direct from your guests and say that you want to buy specific things.
Another idea, choose one person to be in charge of your guest list. You can make an excel file with the exact items that you want and the shops where they are the cheapest. Can include links to the websites in there too. Then the person you have chosen can be named on the invites and they can share the gifts around while making sure you don't get 2 of everything.

Why don't you ask for gift cards for the places you want, or just advise you will be buying from such and such a shop. That way you get to choose what you want without feeling rushed to put together a list.

Could you maybe set up you're own page, spreadsheet etc. with links. Or maybe just suggest money, vouchers.

Hi Nicolle, I think @m@z0n might be worthwhile looking at! Reasons: You can add products from any website with their Wishlist button Free delivery for guests on orders over £20 (From the site) Get a free £50 gift card (i think your guests have to spend a certain amount but its not too much, like £250 or something?) They give you a list of what gifts each person gave and their details to make thank you cards easier You can arrange when you want everything delivered You can add gift cards to the wedding list, not just items - might be an alternate idea to the chipping in idea!
(for the sake of the mods, i'm not like paid by them or anything - just think its dead useful!)
On the chipping in point, H0n3yfund run that sort of scheme for honeymoons - where guests chip in an amount of money for various things in your honeymoon, I think they have a similar set up for gifts but i'm not 100% sure!
