Thanks to the forum and your great ideas I have now decided to give h2b a sort of gift hamper on our day. Now I'd like to pick your brains on what to put in - obviously this is an individual choice and should be personal but I'd still like to hear your ideas.
One of the things will be a photo of me with a message and the rest I'd like to theme "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue". At least for now I am liking this idea :-)

if u dnt HAVE A PIC OF WHERE U FIRST MET, MAYBE INCLUDE SOMETHING THAT SYMBOLISES THE PLACE U FIRST MET, IE THE BEACH,PUT IN A ROCK SHAPED LIKE A HEART, NANDOS,ONE OF THOSE LITTLE FLAGS ETC

how about a picture of a favourite place you and h2b have been too, something from when you were pregnant or the day your son was born that would make him think about it. Perhaps a lacy hankie sprayed with your perfume, a little love letter....

:-) We met in Luton - not as picturesque as the beach :D but the idea is lovely! When I fell pregnant I sent him on a treasure hunt through our flat marking all the rooms with something important to us. It's a lovely idea to put in sort of a box with photos of important places to us.

Good point. I actually can't remember. Maybe some unused gift, he was a summer baby. But it's great food for thought.

I think thats a really lovely idea. Something old symbolising your first date / meeting etc.... something blue symbolising your son.... something new... maybe a voucher / ticket for an outing out after the wedding? Something borrowed.... maybe a pair of your knickers hehehehe
