Just need to vent my frustration before my head explodes!!our wedding is in just over 2 weeks and we have paid for all of our guests meals for the daytime in full, however today my future MIL informed me 2 guests are now not able to attend!we cant get a refund and now need to think about finding someone to fill these seats.....just annoyed as we didnt originally have these guests on our list and she insisted they be invited!aarrrgh!!thats better thanks girls

yeah im sure we will sort it, just wondering how best to phrase it to our night time guests who look like theyre getting bumped onto the day do?!dont want to offend anyone as they will know they werent originally invited ha ha!xx
they live in Bali and have said from the start theyre coming and now 2 weeks before they cant afford it!they were meant to arrive today and reassured us they had flights booked, very naughty!!plus all table place settings have been made at least table planners not finished yet!god this wedding stuff is full on looking forward to the day but even more to relaxing on honeymoon with no more wedding stress!!xx

Thats really rude then- must have known for a while they weren't coming!
As for bumping someone- call up a friend and explain the situation- how you would have prefered to invite them originally, but as these people were coming so far it was impolie to only invite them to the evening party. Most people understand about wedding invitations and family politics.
