Okay, I'm one of these silly people who tell their friends before they're even engaged that they can be my bridesmaids. I've got two close friends, one is my MOH and the other is my '2nd in command' so we like to say. On the morning I got engaged my 2nd had a tantrum and cried all day because I didn't tell her first, even though I was rushing to Paris on the day, (having not known I was even going until 2 hours before) and then she had her phone off. So I updated facebook, and then left. She sulked and barely spoke to me. NOT IMPRESSED. Then my MOH says two days later that she's going to arrange my hen for a year and a half before the wedding because her 'SIL said that's when she would have liked hers'... I don't want mine that early, wouldn't have even planned half the stuff! What is even up with both of them? My last BM is ecstatic about being a BM and is being really lovely and helpful, she's my h2b cousin and she's being great. Why is it that the other two aren't, and what can I doooo?! Help meee! xxx

i dont think your MOH is trying to be a pain. just sit them all down together and talk to them xx

i think you should sit down and talk to them hun, you need to tell them what you want and how you want things done, or at least point them in the right direction!!! as for the drama of getting upset when you didnt tell your 2nd in command first, well thats a whole other thing... what made her feel the need to do that!! seems silly to me, maybe she was just overexcited!! lol
but im sure they both want to do the best job they can for you, so they need to listen to what you want hun xxx
