We booked the venue in May 2011 and time has flown by. Quite scary that it will be my last birthday/christmas as Miss Blake, lol. Just think as soon as christmas is over, its the home run lol.

Hey! im going to try on dresses for the first time on the 12th of this month. is there anything i need to take with me? what underwear do i wear haha! i had this converstaion with one of my bm's and she said full knickers haha cos the ones i usually wear (french knickers) have like holes in dont they lmao! x

Kelly i would wear a matching set as you may well be stood in your underwear while they put you in and out of dresses. all shops are different. some have a separate area to get you changed but others my friends were sat with me or the curtain wasn't great and passers by could almost have seen in!!!
Take a strapless and normal bra if you plan to try on all styles of dresses so you can really see the look. I took a pair of shoes so i could see the dresses with heels.

Almost 6 months to go for us, 13th. Need to get invites made.
How is everyone else getting on?
KellyD - Most places will have shoes for you to try on with the dresses, I never took shoes with me. As for underwear, wear a normal bra, can tuck straps in if strapless dress. Also don't wear black socks like I did. Mum told me off. lol.
