I emailed my venue ages ago asking for information, but since discovered that the coordinator had left, anyway since I e-mailed them asking for more information after my interview (and being told not got it) and i still havent had a reply, called them to arrange a meeting to discuss things, and left message and still no call. The letter they sent out telling us the woman had left and said that they would arrange a meeting soon.

the thing is i have so many people travelling and with christmas in the middle i need to be thinking about getting them out soon.,

im just so tempted to go down there....

I think you should! You've tried several times and they're barely acknowledging it - not good!

I would go down there, or send one down there in your stead. That way you can find out what's going on.

I would go down there as well, only way. I need to speak to my venue as well as they have not contacted me either. Don't know what the norm is for when you have meetings to discuss things etc x x
