Ahhh bliss a lay in until 710! Sun is shining beautiful today and hoping it will stay but it might change this afternoon which would be a shame. I want a day on the beach.
Morning! Late tonight 1-8 then a lovely weekend off can't wait as I'm working the next 2 weekends and then it's my hen do! Just had to re wet all my hair as it's gone a bit looney this morning, and need to get it styled for work #BADHAIRDAY lol

Feel really proud of myself. Upgraded phone this week to iPhone 5s from a Nokia 1020 because the phone was so big for my hands (I have tiny hands) it caused RSI, yeah, turns out that can happen :-/ anyway I managed to sort out my iTunes all by myself last night without having to ask OH for any technical help whatsoever! I am unstoppable!

Evening anyone.
Been on the beach today so topped up my tan. Came home, went to meta fit, home, shower and BBQ so all work at meta fit gone out the window. At least it is meant to burn fat for 48 hours. Two night shifts tomorrow and Sunday.

Evening all , I am finally sitting down ! Spent day clearing spare room downstairs which will be H2B games room and then when H2B got home he started steaming the wall to strip wallpaper and I ended up doing housework like ironing and then clearing wallpaper that was stripped

Man alive I am done in tonight.
It has been a mega busy week for us. Wednesday night I was privileged to have a ticket to the CWG #Glasgow2014 opening ceremony and what can I say WOW it was amazing Well worth the small fortune we paid for the tickets. Went to my friends caravan over night yesterday afternoon and had a lovely day in a country park today. Then Connor had his football at 7pm tonight chilling out now with a wee cider :-) Happy days
tomorrow we are going to see the Rugby 7's the stadium is only about 20mins walk from the house and we are all going wee family day out Cant wait :)

Evening all. Had a great 26 mile bike ride today. We stopped for lunch and managed to eat my entire calorie allowance for the day in just that meal LOL! It's a good job I 'earnt' some calories from the bike ride or I would be in trouble!

Chilling today. Yesterday was mega busy, gym, clean and cook for 7 hungry men (hubby's mates were round last night for a boys poker night).
Finished a little cleaning up this morning and smashed a bowl, my favourite one I use for cooking, really annoying. Lucky I didn't slice my hand though. It just slipped from my grip and smashed, ripped one of my rubber washing up gloves!
All cleaned up now and got hubby to clean up everything else. I'm too good to him lol. I did do all the washing up and cleaning up the kitchen.
I've been up for church early this morning. Hubby is crashed out on the sofa. I think his mates didn't leave until after 3am!

Nice relaxing day for me so far. We did the foodshop this morning, come back and a friend has come round to get his car cleaned by the OH (He does quite a bit of car detailing), so ive left them to it on the drive. Ive had time to just relax and paint my nails for the fist time in ages!! Going out later for tea with my bridesmaids, which im looking forward to :)

Ive wanted to do some baking for ages, but havent had the time. You have inspired me to make coffee cake. Might give it a go next weekend. One of my BMs bought me a load of baking stuff for my birthday (piping bags, proper measuring spoons etc) and i keep meaning to try it all out, just havent had chance :(

Coffee sponge, well any sponge is the simplest thing to bake, I don't ever look at a recipe either, equal measures of butter, caster sugar and flour and half that number of eggs. So I do 4 ounces butter, sugar and flour and 2 eggs, or do 6663 or 8884 depending how much or big the cake I want then add whatever flavoring , coffee, vanilla, lemon, chocolate etc.
Love the smell of cakes baking.

Im not the greatest at baking, so always end up following the recipe. I will try that out though :) Hopefully if i get chance to bake next weekend i will let you know if its a success or not :)

My daughter loves helping me bake. We made cupcakes earlier in the week and she wants to bake again. Made her a cake for her 4th birthday last year (pink with little princess figures on it) she was happy. This year she wants a chocolate cake with raspberries and strawberries and stars lol Might just buy a cake this time lol

I bought that cake decorating magazine series to try and widen my cake baking skills (I have normally just stuck to the basic sponges) and to help with the decorating part of course :) Like some others here time is an annoying factor, never seems to be enough hours in the day lol

Tracey - we're off to the States - flying in to Newark, picking up the Harley then heading down the East Coast for 2 weeks, ending up in Orlando for 2 nights before flying home. Can't wait. 7 weeks and 6 days to go!!!

Nope, we had to push it back a week Tracey, so we fly on 20th - that was so we could get the bike :)
