Housework more or less done, enough to be able to leave it now and not be embarrassed if someone turns up unexpected.

The sun is coming out here now, very sticky and muggy though.

Been a house day filled with washing , ironing and cleaning :) Getting take away tonight as got a freebie and looking forward to relaxing before the first wedding dress shop tomorrow :)

Don't you just love family drama? My sister married her husband 2 years ago, after being together for 2 and a bit years, this Aug 3rd and ever since they were 3 months into the marriage every 3-6 months I have been getting messages from my sister saying she is thinking of splitting with him because he won't change. Now, correct me if I am wrong, you don't marry someone to CHANGE them but because you love them as they are right?

I have taken this with a pinch of salt over the last year because to be honest who wouldn't, now saying that might be cruel but my brother in law is actually a genuine nice guy who is incredibly shy and worships my sister, my sister is very domineering and loud and never ever likes it when she doesn't get her own way (my OH actually hates her because of how she is and also due to an incident where she nearly shattered the window of his car and damaged the lock - long story) and she is perfectly happy to swear in front and even sometimes AT my niece and nephew when she gets annoyed.

The last week however apparently this time it's official, they're getting a divorce and he has been kicked out. The thing that worries me now is my sister started sending me messages saying she is feeling upset because she wants to start dating new people but everyone is telling her not to. One week after she's made a decision to divorce and kicked out her husband?! What the hell? I was honest and explained this would be the worst thing she could do not only cos of timing but she would seriously screw up the kids heads with confusion but she uses the excuse they would never see this person. Because of my honesty she is pissed off at me as well as because her (now seemingly ex) husband has been chatting to me about this mess and she found out after logging into his FB. I can understand her anger at that but she really can't complain considering she is still mates with my ex who kicked me out on the street nearly 9 years ago. But that's my sister.

Sorry for the rant fellow brides. Needed to get it off my chest and OH has heard it all.

Just had a lovely evening out with hubby, his mate and mates girlfriend. Yummy Indian.

So tired, got woken up at 3.30am last night from all the heavy rain, thunder and lightning.

I had a lovely day today picnic out the back, Connor had a ball at his wee football class. Unfortunately it didn't last ny dads been taken into hospital and as it stands they don't know what's wrong with him could be his heart could be gall stones could be both or none.

4 hours weve been at the hospital now glad to be going to sleep staying at my parents house with my mum and hopefully know more tomorrow xx

I just wish she would grow up. She is 2 yrs and a week older than me and she still has tantrums. She once had a full blown wobbler because our Dad and I were discussing philosophy and colour perception, I was taking philosophy as a night class and my Dad is colour blind, and because she didn't understand our conversation she accused me of excluding her and making her look stupid.

This is what I have gotten use to for as long as I can remember and pretty much why we're not close.

It's sooo hot again tonight :-)

Had a few days to adjust but still not used to it, having BBQ tomorrow got the family coming round

Well...I'm struggling to sleep so now watching gladiator on tv!! Tomorrow's gonna be a long day!

Morning .......

think i going to be shattered today .. managed 3.5 hrs sleep, no point in trying to go back now as i have to be up at 5 to get ready for my car to collect me at 6 ..... will ty and log on here again from the airport .

OH and whilst on this run, I managed to damage my heel, I have a high pain threshold but honestly the pain yesterday when we walked round town getting some bit was horrendous. It's not so bad today though and I can almost walk on it.

The rain:/storm last night was horrendous ... Woke me up around 2.30-3

Got slow cooker on with tonight's pulled pork in it! Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Done my own dry rub to make it. Looking forward to yummy dinner.

We're having a BBQ ... It's overcast but still humid, got parents in law, one of my sil and my sis and her husband coming, just done all the prep so gonna chill for half hour before the madness ensues x

Been a lovely lazy day for me so far; h2b has his last day off so we got to snuggle in bed longer then usual :)

It's chucking it down here now, thunder storms included with lightning. still roasting hot!

I've just had about 4 hours sleep, was knackered because hubby kept me awake with his snoring last night grrrrrrrrrr

The storm Thursday night kept me awake, we had one Friday night but it wasn't massive and slept through it (apart from hubby's snoring).

It's my eldest, he's 21 so waited longer than when I was pregnant with him. I just don't feel old enough to be a Nan yet!!!
