I had a parcel tried to be delivered last week ... I'm working 0630-1830 this week - why can;t they just send my royal mail so I can go to the delivery office to collect it? Their depo is 26 miles away!

morning all .. just had a visit off my friend whos cancer is back... and shes decided some coming on my new hen do to essex and is adament she will be at my wedding with a new frock... shes having radiotherepy at the mo is remarkably up beat and looking at her you wouldnt know she is ill... she looks amazing... is still working full time and hasnt told them she is ill.... im so surprised at how she is and so nice to see

OMG my stomach is about to burst. Went to a famous chocolate shop today and had this amazing cake and hot chocolate but OMG I feel so full and sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So dont regret it though

Haha, I hate the training bit, but in a couple of weeks I've got from 31 1/2 inches round my waist to 29 inches, soo seeing results already! Makes it worth it!
