i am an administrator for an art supplies company. general admin stuff like invoices, credit checks, do a lot of credit control which i cant do until the afternoon, inputting stock when we recieve a container, work out frieght cost things like that

Hello all! How is everyone today?

I have a sore throat and sniffles. Cant work out if its a cold, hayfever or the 2 gallon of chlorine water I swallowed at the leisure centre last night after my son kept grabbing me by the feet while I was swimming. Hilarious...I think not. xx

Oh he doesnt sound like a nice guy! Next time you are in the pool boot him in the knackers if he comes near you and say you slipped. xxx

haha dee, my wee boys terrible with hayfever just now, his anti-histamine doesnt really help so maybe a touch of the cold on top of it. Feels crap too. fingers crossed mine isnt too bad ths year yet! x

my hayfever has been bad this year. this is the worst it has ever been. i keep hearing that pollen levels are low/moderate but i am really suffering!

All 4 of us suffer from hayfever in this house. I suffer from tree hayfever apparently and our house is called The Treehouse, were surrounded by trees and fields. Not good! Our medicine cupboard is crammed with Loratadine, beconase, eye drops, priton etc etc xxx lol

that must be a nightmare stevie_dee! i got home yesterday and all the hedges/grass outside our flat had been cut and all the windows were open! wasnt very happy xx

Yeah on the upside. Steve is treating me to a day out tomorrow while all our conifer trees are being trimmed. Apperently they have a very high pollen count. xx

Stomach playing up today but otherwise ok. Had hospital yesterday at gastroenterolgy clinic and now getting referred for a colonoscopy so just need to wait for the letter coming through for that. Drs went ok, thinks the black outs could be due to me overdoing things lol and also connected with my migraines. Also got the brilliant news that I am still all clear of the big C!

I have to post this as it really made me smile..

My brother is 19 but he has a lot of learning disabilities and behavioural problems. He has Aspergers syndrome, ADHD the list goes on. He is at the same level a 4/5 year old would be at in education, he can't read and he write. It normally takes him a good couple of minutes just to write his name. My mum would write out a birthday card for him and get him to sign it, anything to make life easier as he'd just get frustrated and it would end up in him kicking off. Because of that, he just doesn't bother. He uses facebook but has never wrote to anyone, he doesn't send txt messages. It's quite sad really but I signed in to facebook to send his girlfriend a message as it's her 18th birthday today and I noticed a message on her wall from my brother and I could of cried reading it, it must of took him forever!!

Awww Melody that is lovely. My brother is profoundly deaf and has difficulty with language, reading and writing so can understand how thrilled it made you feel as well as his girfriend. xxx
