We got ours done the other day... housemate kept leaving it in strategic positions around the house... eventually he propped it up so we couldn't miss it so I figured he expected us to fill it out...

I do think the questions this time around are quite strange but really unimpressed with the amount of people who are stubbornly refusing to do it out of some fears that by giving their details they are assisting the government in some massive conspiracy... so many people on my facebook saying how people who fill in the status are condoning the murder of <insert victim here> and nuclear weapons and supporting martians and... honestly you wouldn't believe the stuff the muppets on my facebook will believe! I had one woman last month who was adamant that the flu vaccine was a brainwashing drug full of fatal chemicals... and when I said I'd had it twice and was perfectly okay, she claimed the drugs were making me feel okay but really I wasn't... made NO sense!

I remember the last census, they would knock on your door and keep you standing there asking you questions while they wrote it all down for you... this time it's a simple form we can fill out when we want to! And census information is really useful in tracking down your ancestors in the future, and things like that... ofc if the martians do invade as a result of my census information, I'll happily admit I'm wrong :P

evening all, so how is everyone doing today?

I'm doing my usual, felling giulty at this time of year,was our anniversary 25th and the anniversary of my mates death on 26th so the guilt is for not keeping in contact when i promised i would and then having a good evening on 25th to be feeling bad when i go to see her plac on 26th.

its gonna be like this for a while yet (in a yearly anniversary sense) but it will get better as time goes on.... we are asking for monetry gifts too so that we can go on a honeymoon, we wont have the money till the kids move out if we dont ask for contribusions towards our honeymoon, we only want to go to run to the sun!

yeh our only ever holiday together was 4 years ago we had only been together a couple of months, we went to run to the sun and conceived! iv just seen a site where we can get a vw camper for 585.00! instead of spending on hotels and stuff, so we were always going to ask for money to pay for hotels etc but now having seen this i think it would be a nice surprise for my h2b cos he loves his cars and has always wanted a camper.

I cant use my wedding planners haggling skills to get a ferrari f40 to take him to our venue as theres like none about and so was thinking this could be his surprise instead? what do you think?
