just healthy eating and exercising ! i lost a stone last year doing it ! as i put weight on when i finished uni, and when i didnt have a job! i managed to keep that off but need to loose about another stone !

im on the slimming world one! can eat anything i like on it. i did want to lose another pound this week but think i have gained as i have eaten out twice this week so havnt been very good

just remember when losing weight you gain it at the same time by muscle so best to use the old tape measure to see if your losing it where you want never rely on scales alone xx
