Recipe out of my head with what ingrediants I had left in my cupboard lol....
Fry onion and garlic in some olive oil. I added a carrot for some extra crunch - was ok too. Add diced chicken Add chopped mushrooms and finely sliced chilli Add tin of tomatoes, salt, pepper and a pinch of mixed herbs.
Done... we had it with spaghetti coz had no normal pasta but it was deeeeeeelish!!!!

I'm back after a nap.
LOVE spicy food! LOVE chilli! I'm having chillies in my bouquet if I can as I'm such a major chilli addict.
I'm not getting any dinner for HOURS as Grant was working 'til 8 and then has an interview at 8:30 so I won't be seeing him 'til nearly 10pm. I'm going to try to get up and put the oven on when he's on his way home and get something in the oven. I'm SO fed up of not being able to cook. Usually I cook every night but I can't stand that long at the moment. At least it's making Grant learn to cook a bit more.
