Laid down to get some rest, got a very small amount, just sorted some more laundry out, put some more on the line, it's stayed nice and sunny this afternoon and very blowy. The girls ar home but my son is not yet.
Sat down and worked out what I've done today and boy I've done myself proud considering it was all done by just after 1pm.

It's just started raining here
Had to pick OH up from work and drop him at a tool place. LO asleep in the car too. Just waiting for OH then will drop him back off
We're going to pick rings up tomorrow then got a first birthday party 3:30-7 tomorrow afternoon, Sunday OH off roading so I will nip and see my mum and dad.

both my boys names get shortened Alexander to Alex his wife calls him Al and Oliver to Ollie mine is shortened to Jo never get called by my proper name Joanna. hub is Lawrence but my sil calls him Lol!

Sounds like a nice weekend Mrs Wade. Tomorrow I am going to footie with my mum and plan to spend the morning having a clean and a tidy up, but I might just be lazy instead.... Sunday evening OH and I are meeting 2 of my bridesmaids and their boyfriends for a couple of drinks. We met one of the boyfriends a couple of months back but not met the other boyfriend yet.

Blowing a gale here as just walked up to the garage to pick my car up. Under £70 to repair as had a hole in the alternator belt, so hopefully she'll keep going for a while longer. Love my car as have had her from new - silver Peugeot 206 with sport trim - and has over 100,000 miles on the clock. I know I will have to change eventually, but all the time she;s not costing me a fortune to keep her on the road, I won't change.
OH is up in Milton Keynes tomorrow for a work colleague's stag do, so I am off to a Christmas Fayre at the Amex Stadium in Brighton with my mum, sister, niece and Aunt and will probably stay at my parents' tomorrow evening to take advantage of their Skie movies and have a takeaway. Not sure what we've got planned for Sunday - will have to see what state OH is in!!!

My weekend consists of work, don't have the kids tomorrow unless step son stays tomorrow night. If he does I will most likely stay in bed all day, if he goes back early I will get up early, normally though he goes at dinner time so chances are I will stay in bed all day. I would only get up early if it was just myself and hubby, so on Sunday I will probably get up early if it's just hubby,

Not too much planned this weekend, just depends if the weather picks up, meeting MOH and FG for coffee Sunday afternoon though so that will be nice, haven't seen them for about 6 weeks.

I sometimes get Ellie and I don't mind too much, although I've never chosen it, and if asked I'll always ask to be known as Elinor. I've had it shortened to El before which I don't particularly like. My inlaws are Margaret (known as Meg), and Michael (known as Mike), and they're quite happy with those abbrevations, but decided when they had children to choose names that wouldn't get shortened. So they called my husband Matthew I don't mind my child having a name that gets shortened, I'm just trying to anticipate what it might get shortened to so that I don't pick something where the abbreviation isn't so nice.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.

Yeah I think that's what most people that are expecting do haha, me and OH have done it with a few names we have thought of already and we're not even having a baby, you just have to be sure!

My OH is James which you can't really shorten apart from just taking the first initial, but a couple of people have called him Jim, which he hates with an absolute passion as it's nothing to even do with his name.

I know a few James' and they are either Jim or Jay. I've never understood why people call themselves Jim, it's nothing like James!

I've now got three towels left on the line, the rest is indoors but put the heating on just to blast what's left to dry. Will get the towels in soon, but whilst it's blowy they can stay out. It's turned quite nippy here.
