    Good Morning All!!

What a busy weekend that was, both the garden and the house done from top to toe no wonder my arms ache.

Spoke to a financial advisor at the weekend as a start for the house buying process all looks good so we can afford the mortgage we would like, now just to sort out the deposit.

Cake tasting and engagement shoot this weekend I'm so excited.

So wedding planning has taken a back seat in our house over the past couple of days as my anxiety has been through the roof freaking out about a meeting we had today for our 15 month old. Today we received the most amazing news our baby can now tolerated 'baked in' milk food, biscuits, cake, etc and for the first time in his life he has had a 'normal' yoghurt! Everything crossed that he does not react.

Never been so excited about buying yoghurts before in my life lol. Until now they terrified me. 4 hours and still no reaction at all 20 to go and he can have another one if no reaction :D

Well decided I'm officially crazy, just applied for another job, so I will be working two jobs as we need to pull more money in for the deposit for a house.

:'( Mr man reacted to the yoghurt bless him. It was awful seeing him in so much pain but at least we now know. Dietician said to give it a week or two, make sure he is having baked in foods everyday and try him again on a small yoghurt. It's going to be a case of doing this for the next year so his little body can build a tolerance to all forms of cows milk.

Good luck Tiffany. Apparently breastfeeding until the age of two can help with allergies, but the mother has to avoid the product herself, which is hard when there are multiple allergies. I knew someone who did it but dairy was the only allergy then.

    Thanks Ladies.
Yeah defo a step in the right direction, he didn't react until 8 hours after he had eaten the yoghurt and before it was about 10 mins after.
Wish I could breastfeed, had to stop after 3 days due to my meds :( Will keep it in mind for any other that may come along.

Been shopping today to buy loads of stuff with milk in. I must of looked like a right mad women getting so excited when I saw milk in the label lol. I'd got so used to buying bits without it in I had totally forgot what actually had milk in. Been advised by the hospital to try warm custard today (apparently they are going to ring every 2/3 days for the next month).

Morning all, hope you are all good.

I finished my nights on Wednesday, it was an awful night, went home, slept for a couple of hours and then my brother and family came over from the states. First time he's been back in 30 years, and I saw him last 10 years ago. Spent yesterday with them as well, had physio and a school appointment and then met up briefly after dinner,

Quite on here today. This week even as not many posts on this thread. I remember when I was planning my big day we'd have a few pages on each weekly general chat thread.

Hope everyone is enjoying the day x

Hey, yes been really quiet recently- been in work today trying to sort out PCs on wards- our trust suffered a cyber attack and been hit pretty badly- we've got to go to each and every computer and take out internet cable, turn it on and check for infection, if it ifA turn off and red dot for IT to take away and rebuild, if it's ok then been adding a patch- such a long day, lots achieved but a long way to go- managed to sort a PC in each ward so at least they can do something- just a nightmare!

Oh dear. Nightmare. It's scary how that's all happened. Heard about it when I was at the airport about to fly back. Wonder if our systems have been affected as we are public sector ...................guess I'll find out when I return to work.

Why am I rubbish at job applications. I need to employ someone to write them for me. I'm good at talking about what I can do and what I have done but putting it down on paper I'm just rubbish at.

So turned out mr man did not have a reaction to the yoghurt, he has a water infection :( and it was the pain from that, that caused all the upset. He has now completed the milk ladder in 6days! We did the 6 day challenge not the full milk ladder that takes months. (advised by professionals to do it this way) I have never been so happy or excited to buy full fat milk lol.

Had a huge clear out this week and our bin men are going to hate me ....10 big bags later and I'm still not finished.
Getting all new living room furniture on Friday and a surround sound system (my mums and aunties early xmas and wedding presents combined)

Started saving for paying the final bills for the wedding. I'm shocking at saving so my mums bank account looks very healthy at the moment while she is saving it for us.
