I love chips!

I used to keep a biscuit tin filled up here. I love them but I got banned (politely banned) because a couple were on a diet and it was too tempting so now its my own private one. I love them!

Love a private naughty food stash.

Cuppa soups are great, warming and fab for an emergency lunch.

Really fancy a sugary cup of tea. I've stopped having sugar in my hot drinks though

Al this talk of food lol I love a fish finger sarnie too and homemade chips, I have found a good way to get nice crispy chips or wedges, I cut my potatoes into chip/wedges and boil them until there almost cooked, put them on a baking tray and spray with 1cal spray and pop in the over for 20 mins, I occasionally flip them around and add a little more spray if needed, they come out nice and crispy and I do the same with flavours too xx

Think I'm going to prep dinner so just have to put it on when OH gets home. Having pork chops, roasted new potatoes and lots of veg. Might do some gravy with it too.

You could make roast potatoes in the same way. It just depends on the way you cut the potato really lol xx

Yeah agree Flossie, but Emily I would be disappointed if I had a roastie that was like a chip as these are simply healthy chips and when I make roast pots id use goose fat, the low cal spray just makes them crispy like a fried chip with a lot less calories xx

I make roast potatoes just using oil and they come out lovely! Though I do use a lot, lol.

Yeah Ive used oil too and they do come out lovely but its not something I make often as there so bad for you lol xx

I guess most potatoes done in the oven are done very similar. Bet par boiling does give them a good crunch.

If I want a healthy roast potato I just use a tiny amount of oil and stick them in the actifry.. it's surprising how well they actually come out. Once they've been drowned in gravy anyway you really can't tell much difference! I do par boil potatoes if I'm making roasties but never par boil them for chips xx

I always par boil potatoes before roasting and use a fair amount of oil. Trying to cut down on how to oil I use though.

I am a fast typer but as well as that there was an excel formula test which I thought I knew haha and a typing test where I had to make out awful writing haha x

My typing is quite quick now. Had to be from all the meeting minutes I used to have to type when I was starting my career in an entry level job.
