Awww was going to ask you to send me link for necklace Emma but if it's expired?? that's a cracking deal if they honour it. Been busy this morning, took LO to school even though she didn't want to go as she has a sore throat (hasn't stopped her talking) sorted my gorgeous horse out - cleaned his field of poop and weeds,then he decided to lie down by me when I was taking a break and fell asleep on me snoring away I couldn't stop laughing. Come home and walked dog and done last of laundry. Now showered and relaxing for a bit before I straighten my mop and get LO from school.

Wow! Just found out that the new assistant librarian who started a couple of weeks ago is 8 weeks pregnant, one week ahead of me! I'm delighted for her as she's had four lots of IVF, but it's rotten timing for my boss who will lose us both at the same time. I'm not sure about Sally though, if she's only just started she might not qualify for paid maternity leave, and she only works half the week so it may be that she would return sooner than me. Certainly childcare will be better for her. She did say at interview that she was having IVF, and Megan knew that I was planning to try, so it's not that unexpected. We're a small team so bringing in two covers is really going to be noticed. There's only eight of us in total. It may be that in my case one of the other library assistants might want to take more hours to cover me rather than recruiting, but she could get another job before then. The one good thing about my job is that it's suitable for anyone with a degree (preferably in music or drama), and by Easter, when I will need to be leaving, there will be a whole year group coming to the end of a music or drama degree and looking for a job to tide them over.

Fingers crossed for everyone waiting for a necklace. I must admit it does rather sound too good to be true. They should tell you though it they're not fulfilling orders based on that deal being wrong.

When I picked LO up from nursery, I asked my friend that works there if summer still went as not seen her for ages ( this is who was meant to be my flower girl and her mum my bridesmaid) she said no a few weeks ago she changed her day. A few weeks a go was when 'bridesmaid' told me her and FG weren't being involved in the wedding anymore.

I am so bloated and got a banging headache now too. The pub took forever to bring our food out at lunchtime, had 10 mins to wolf mine down and it was a large portion! Don't think I have ever eaten so quickly, think my body is in shock haha xx

Hate it when that happens! Me and my mum always used to go for lunch on a monday and friday but we would spend so long waiting we just gave up after a while, horrible having to wolf down your food when you want to just enjoy it! xx
