We tend to have a nice meal in on Valentines Day, one of those three course meal in deals with a bottle. Sometimes we eat out the weekend before or after, but I don't think we will this year, as my maternity pay has finished, I need to lose weight and it means getting a babysitter.

Spent a few hours with Joseph's Godmother and her other god children who she had for the day. She has two dogs and a cat, the cat stayed in hiding but Joseph got lots of experience of the dogs. I wondered if he would copy the dogs to suss out crawling, he's so close to commando crawling. I think he'll crawl before he can sit unaided, even at 9 months old he's nowhere near sitting. I really wish he would, every baby I know of the same age has been doing it for ages. It's been a few months since he did anything new, I really wish he would. I'm getting fed up of seeing and hearing how well other people's kids are doing and not being able to say anything new about Joseph. Although when things do happen I think a lot will happen quickly. His lack of progress combined with my total failure to lose weight since before Christmas despite dieting and exercising are making me feel fed up. I'm sure it will pick up as long as I keep doing everything I am doing, I'm just getting bored of being on that plateau.

Evening all
We had a bit of the white stuff earlier this evening but only a bit.
Had an awful sleep last night, just as I was going off hubby woke me with his snoring, then I got into night shift mode and tossed and turned for hours. Then he moaned at me saying was I going to toss and turn all night, pointed out it was actually his fault to which I got told he'd not gone to sleep. Again, I was getting cosy and ready to drift off a few times, and it happened again. I was so tired, I ended up going to the sofa and slept as I had to be at work for 730am. Got about four hours in total. Managed to leave work early as they wanted me to do a visit on the way, home, realised I'd not put dinner in the slow cooker, went to th gym in the hope that I would wake myself up but nope, it's made me feel worse. I just need sleep, I wish hubby realised just how tired it's making me seeing as he's OK as he's sleeping.
A little white stuff has settled here but mostly slushy.
Been up since 3. All day yesterday I had a horrible pain in my belly. Ate lunch ok but couldn't eat more than a few mouthfuls. Fell sick but know I'm not going to be at the same time. Horrible. Woke up at 3 in so much pain. Lay there trying to get back to sleep and it was just getting worse. Got up had tablets. Now in bath hoping the warm eases it. My tummy is so bloated. Something not right but not sure what :(

Afternoon all
Well I actually had a good sleep last night, hubby went off to work and I stayed in bed. Was nice and needed. Had my moh round earlier for a cuppa and a chat. Was lovely as we hardly get to see each other now.
Just a day spent doing laundry, and waiting on the rugby later on.

Afternoon everyone.
Soubds like a similar day GF. Went gym this morning, bought junk food i n supermarket afterwards for the rugby (not that I really watch it), laundry is going round in the machine at the moment, changed the sheets, made lunch, cleaned kitchen and expecting hubby's mates round soon for the rugby.

Morning all
Not got many plans today, I've got a night shift tonight, should have been doing a late shift but they were short on the night and of course, I am the one who cannot say no.
Need to iron the school stuff, and a work uniform but that is about all I am doing. Got hubby's valentines gifts yesterday. He will probs go the supermarket tomorrow evening on the way home from work for me, if he remembers.

Afternoon everyone.
Yesterday was ok. Hubby's maye and his girlfriend came round for the rugby then we just had a quiet one after they left.
Church this morning then 0c@d0 delivered the weekly grocery shop. My sister popped round for a cuppa and after she went just made bacon and mushroom butties for lunch. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
Plan on relaxing today as need to just chill out.

Ended up popping out after ironing the school stuff and my work uniform. Came home freezing, been sat curled in my mermaid blanket. Had a snooze. Then one of the kids asked what was for dinner, I said roast chicken if I can be bothered to get up and do it prior to going to work a nightshift. Hubby went and peeled the spuds!

Church this morning was fun, Joseph slept through more than half of the service so I was able to stay in for a bit, to hear the readings and sermon. Then he woke up so we went downstairs for the last ten minutes to play with the other baby. Then lunch, and there were a few people who haven't been around for a while so that was fun too.
