I love my sleep... just wish I could have it!!! I'd love to sleep for that long every night. I reckon I probably only get about 5 hours sleep a night. Am in bed by 9.30/10 most nights as well and don't get up until 6.50.

I'm no good during the day if I don't get much sleep, I usually go to sleep about 10.30/11 and wake up at 7/7.30, if I get any less than that I find it so hard to get out of bed haha!

I used to feel horrendous if I didn't have enough sleep, it would make me feel sick. But that was back when I did get lots of sleep. Now it's so normal for me to not get much sleep that it doesn't affect me in the day so much. I feel tired but can cope.

Hi All, not been on much today. had a read through the other threads then got dragged away :(
I would love to know my pattern. last night I was asleep by 11 but work up properly awake at 4 5:15 and then was really estless until I got up at 7/7:30
My tablets are helping though. Before I started taking them again I was only getting 2/3 hours sleep and I was then wide awake. problem with the tabs is that I am dozy for the first 2 hours in the morning.

I agree with most I have to have my 8 hours sleep else I feel terrible!

My hand is still sore but I'm just keeping it moving by flattening it out and curling it up regularly so it's got a lot more movement now and not as painful... Will have a few painkillers but will be attempting the DVD tonight!

You lot are making me feel very lazy lol.

I think I'll start with the exercise again next week whilst I flush this cold out of my system. I will have had a weeks' worth of healthy eating under my belt then too so will be a nice boost. Back to dance on Friday though so that will get me going too.

Just back from taking the dog for a walk during my lunch, made the mistake of letting him run around the very muddy park so I had to throw him in the bath as soon as we got back!

Just having some houmous and pumpkin seed crackers for lunch as I don't feel too hungry, will have something 'proper' later before going to the gym!

With you there Flossie - I've been feeling under the weather so not done any exercise. Was good over Christmas though, but still want to shift some more weight before the wedding. Keep looking at the dress and the latest stress is my belly needs to be really toned.

I am exhausted today. In need of an early night!

My bracelet that we ordered came yesterday and its lovely. Not my taste and I asked OH if he liked it for his sisters 21st and he said yes :) Only downside was that I didn't come in a box so ordered one of the bay for £2 but not bad really overall.

I knew I wouldn't like it. I'm really not a big fan of jewellery but for the price I thought I would go for it. There's always someone to give things like that to and is great as a last min present if you forget. When I looked on the website yesterday they were both still £0
Glad OH liked it for her birthday as 1 is cheap and 2 means I don't have to think about it.

OH text me saying we have an apt to view that house at 6pm today. Problem is that he was calling about 2 today so I don't know which one it is :) Either way is exciting.

I'd say first time buyers are likely to be more fussy! You want to make sure your first house is perfect and exactly what you want. It seems to be when buyers are pressured by the chain that they opt for houses that aren't 100% what they would like.

My FIL has just been pressured into buying a house that they didn't really want to start with. It needs a lot of work doing to it so it's going to be a project for them, which they didn't want! The house they were originally buying fell through - the owner pulled out when they were due to move in within the week!!!

I wouldn't focus so much on the calories, but just ensure you eat until you are satisfied by eating the right things. If you are hungry you need to eat, it won't do you any good going without! Especially if you are exercising too - your body needs fuel xx

Yeah I am not Calorie counting, just making sure I eat 3 meals and snack on fruit, so breakfast is banana and cup of coffee, water through T morning, satsuma midmorning, soup for lunch, blueberries for afternoon with another cup of coffee, shred DVD at home and 1 last cup of coffee and then stirfry or fish or something with veg for t!

Yes it was Michelle, specially when we had to sit and watch videos (actors), but then also actual footage of someone on th island who was subject to it, managed to call the police who came and insisted on speaking to her, they were wearing the videos so had video evidence of her face and how she was emotionally etc. It was big news so no secret,
