First day back and its dragging!
Diet not going too badly - soup yesterday for lunch and then salmon, new pots and mange toute for dinner. Porridge this morning, 2 bits of fruit and a small W@rburtons slice with healthy filling, although am starving now and still got ages to go before hometime and we don't usually eat until 7.30ish.

Emailed my solicitor with an update and I was honest and said the pain is more at bay now but still not able to run distances and said that I just get bogged down in this especially with the weight gain with not being able to exercise and she was so lovely so said it wasn't legal or medical advice but she too has had a back injury recently that stopped her from running and meant she too had to pull out of the great north run like me and part of her recovery she started HiiT sessions to keep up her fitness which helped so the 30 day shred sounds like the best thing for me to do .. Nice that they care about the person involved too bless her

Got hubby to unscrew the shed door so th bits I wanted to go in the shed are now in there so downstairs is all tidy now. Problem being down there as well is that it's under street level, so the wall on part of it has no air as its under the path down th side, if that makes sense, so it tends to get damp there, does not help that it's all covered With his stuff up against the wall so it cannot breathe properly. So I cleaned all the walls and skirting boards with bleach cleaner so all lovely at the moment. What annoys me, when he moves it to use, when he puts it back, he does not think to wipe th skirting boards off if they are gathering dust.

When the kids came home from school, my 14 yo sat on my lap for a cuddle, then my 11 yo sat on her, then my 12 yo jumped on top, hit my head and it went down hurting my neck and shoulders a bit more. It feels strange today, part feels like I have pulled something but it also feels like a flu ache, but only across my shoulders.

Easy 5k run done 35 seconds slower per mile than the other night but I didn't feel like I was dying and I managed the full 5k - every cloud!
Need to get on and do day 9 of the dreaded shred .. Prepped tea before the run so just need to pop the oven on after my workout

We are home now but I really can't be bothered to do anything. I need to get it done!!
Been good on my diet today so I'm pleased. Had a lemon water this morning, and I've had a green tea too.... 3 glasses of water which I don't often do!! Gonna put some wellie into my cleaning and do the core exercises OH showed me today and then do the DVD tomorrow.

Day 1 of DVDs done- I realise I cannot do push ups to save my life! I've never been able too either tho :( oh well day 1 done, I had banana for breakfast, soup for lunch and got stir fry for t, will do OH rice but I never eat rice so will just have stir fry and have extra veg :-)

Did some flute practice for the first time in ages. I also picked up some music for choir practice tonight as we are rehearsing in a different church to the normal one where the music is stored. I also looked at the pushchair that we were given ages ago. I though the car seat was part of it but the car seat is a different make, and only a base. I looked through everything that came with it but all the other stuff goes with the push chair, and I'm not sure the push chair is any good for a newborn anyway as it doesn't lie flat. It's got everything it needs, but I might still get a pram/carry cot for when the baby is new, and a new car seat that I know is safe. I can't really complain as all this stuff was free.

Haha Michelle you're not alone!! I did 10 proper pressups tonight before my lower back was sore so reverted to girly ones .. As long as you're feeling it it's still working :)
Is it an isofix base EC? They're usually expensive Glad the child minding is going well Sarah :) that's a real challenge for you with them being your first two children and having special requirements!
So run done for me and 30 day shred found it fairly ok tonight - one more night level one then it's time to level it up-scared already lol! Had our tea . Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a cover of cheddar cheese and home style chips with bbq sauce not super healthy but still only 654 kcal was yummy

Went to the dentist with hubby as was popping to the orange supermarket to look at new microwaves and toasters, got both and used our points so it came to £20 with my laundry detergent instead of £70.

Evening All. Sounds as if most of you had a good day back at work. Can't wait till next week and can get home to celebrate new year with J. Its his birthday today and we have never spent his birthday together as I have always been at work!. So a lot of catching up to do when I do finally get home. Still got 9 nights at home and 10 before I get home, no flights on day I finish stupid winter flights. Been looking at a weekend away for Valentines can't really afford it but s0d it! Love the rainbow GF.

So I've stripped the bed, turned the mattress, polished and hoovered the bedroom, re made the bed, cleaned/bleached and hoovered the bathroom, polished downstairs, bleached the cheap coffee table LO sits to, hoovered the living room, wiped the skirting boards, washed the dishes, wiped the window sills, bleached the kitchen, put a wash load on, bleached and mopped the kitchen floor and hung some clothes!!

I've done 6,105 steps today equivalent to 2.46 miles, consumed 978 calories and drunk my body weight in coffee lol

I don't know if it's isofix, it doesn't say. It isn't any use though unless I can figure out that there are other parts to it. It's Gr@c0 and everything else is 51lver Cr055, so I'm sure none of the other stuff goes with it. I'm thinking it might be best to get a new one from somewhere that will fit it for me, so I know that it's safe.

It sounds like an isofix base EC - does it clip into the seats and then have two prongs that extend down into the foot well?
You simply buy an isofix compatible car seat if it is .. The seat pops into place on the base and rather than the seatbelt securing the seat in it's entirety the clips hidden in most modern cars secures the majority of the car In case of an accident .. Best bet is take it to fordhals and ask them :)
My partner is child seat trained but it's best if someone physically sees it :)

I agree I love SW ... We were going through catch up as we'd watched emmerdale then corrie then I got carried away with dttb so had to watch the second corrie on catch up and was mortified to see we had silent witness recording at the top that we would have known nothing about if I didn't delay corrie .. Quick text to mum to let her know too and she was over the moon I let her know as she didn't know about it either!

EC I agree with Becci sounds like Isofix as its a base those all usually are and then the seat fits in and is easily removed, I have isofix forward facing car seats for the kids I look after, but these don't have a base the seats attach to the isofix points in the car, you may be able to buy a compatible seat for that base xx
