So, OH contacted his LOs school today regarding his surname. On the official registers he is ***** Stokoe but she has asked that he is called and known as ***** Halls!! Cow!

I have emailed our solicitor today with this information..... She is alienating LO from his family and because he is too young, he doesn't understand so believes it to be right. She is forcing her views on him and it's wrong!

She doesn't know that we know and I can't wait for it to come up in court on the 14th..... She's gonna look a proper tool when they ask what is her reason for doing it when the father wants to be an active part in LOs life! If he wanted nothing to do with LO, fine, I get it but she stopped all contact and she made false allegations and now the surname!! She is crackers!

I can't wait for the 14th when you get to tell us what her reaction was. She's sounds like a right b!tch.

My legs are in so much pain. Did day 2 of DVD this morning, 10 mins of vibration plate then OH said Sil was coming over to look after LO for an hour so we could go on a long walk with the dog. I could of cried lol. Can't walk properly my thighs kill

I agree EC.... we know of cases where fathers/mothers get contact when abusive or violent.....

OH never raised a hand to LO or her and this has been proved through the checks etc so I'm pretty sure it will be in our favour.

Sorry to hear about your car troubles Danielle - rheyre a pain in the butt and boy do I know it dealing with a fleet of 55000 cars there's always plenty broken to deal with!

Think I may have scuppered my chances of doing the 30 day shred as I've spent the night in a and e after a human collision at netball which I was almost certain had broken my knuckle - I've had X-rays and the nurse said its just soft tissue damage but boy does in hurt! I can't move my little finger or ring finger nor that side of my hand. I picked my car key up with my index finger on that hand and it was agony so doubt I'll be able to do the planks needed in level two nor hold my wine bottles that I'm using as weights :(

Why do I always have to hurt myself!? If the human collision wasn't bad enough I tried to keep playing tried to do a hero save of the ball before it went off court - managed to tap the ball back in whilst muddling my legs up mid air whilst still travelling so ended up going flat on my face on the floor hurting my hand once again and grazing all my knees - blooming brilliant - no sport for me at all within two months of the wedding I think!

Ouch Becci. I well remember the pain in netball at school caused by the ball hitting a finger tip. I didn't need collisions to get hurt. I stay clear of sport generally, I'm far too uncoordinated.

Broken sleep is often worse than no sleep at all....

Well so much for not feeling too bad after that DVD...

I stopped wearing my fitbit to bed as it was just telling me what I already knew, and seeing around 2 - 3 hours a sleep a night with something silly like 100 x restless was so depressing!

Morning ladies, so busy in work today but needed a little break from it all! Took yesterday off to spend the day with OH whilst he is off but wish I hadn't because I've been playing catch up all morning!
