Went for dinner with the in laws last night for MILs birthday. Hated every second of it.

Adopted an new bunny on Saturday, she is so tiny and cute needs feeding up a bit to help her grow. Now have to schedule some vets appointments so we can get both of them neutered then we can bond them which will be fun.
Have two colleagues who have a birthday this week so going to make them a cheesecake from SW recipes so it doesn't throw me off :)

Afternoon all
IDL, have fun today. That's how I felt when I first got up, very much so in my throat. I think most of the time I was waking in the night was due to such a build up I struggled to breathe properly. My instructor asked if I had just come off nights, I said no why is it showing? She said not in your energy no, but when I first walked in I appeared flat. My face felt like a puffa fish, but all ok now, just starving after a two hour session. Gonna chill now, iron my uniforms in a bit and get ready for nights.
Jenn, that's not pleasant at all. I wouldn't call you padded.

It was needed after two hours at the gym. Haha
Well I appear to have 3/4 of a household in a mood, so I'm pretty glad I am off to work really. First it was my eldest daughter walked in from school in a mood, then hubby walked in and grunted at me, then sat on the phone and his tone of phone changed to joy and he was laughing, then back to the grunts when he came off. Complex much, then my son came down in a mood. So only left my youngest who is normally the one grunting, but tonight not.
Showered, in a cold one as the hot water was used up, now sitting chilling before doing makeup and heading off to work.

2 hours in the gym GF that's one intense session I'm lucky if I can last 15 mins on my cross trainer at home. I'm so out of shape though and I know it. Been undecided whether to join the local fitness classes at the local hall but don't want to look like a complete idiot when I'm out of breath 15 mins in.

I went swimming this morning Stacey and because of health issues i really struggle with it although its the only exorcise i can do. Talk about backwards haha! I did 15-20 mins so mot much but it was the max that i could do. I will hopefully build it up to half an hour in time.

Afternoon all
Stacey, this time last year I was not even going to a gym. It was two back to back classes so does not actually feel like two hours.
Had an OK night shift, home and so tired, went straight to bed and did not sleep as well as I would have liked. Slightly tired again now as been up since 1400. Caught up on last night's silent witness, full of cold. Seems whatever I had at Xmas has not actually gone properly, didn't feel like it had done so.
Back to it again tonight, I asked one of the leads today for a couple of days off in April as been invited to a hen do and the requests up to 29th April had been taken down the other week. I also asked if possible to do some day shifts. Looking at a four week period, starting 26/27/28th Febraury, I have two weeks of nights, a week annual leave and then another week of nights. So three out of four weeks I am doing nights. It would just be nice to see daylight hours,

Hello fellow Brides to Be! I am wedding planning again, since losing my Mam I couldnt look at a wedding magazine, nevermind plan but now I am back and should be able to book it soon! M0nkey Mus1c this morning. The teacher gave out mirrors for them to do a song while looking at themselves (a rhyme all about faces). Joseph was more interested in eating his. We did the next song with it still in his mouth, he didn't even let go when I had to lift him in the air. I've thought for a few weeks that he's teething again, and I'm sure I can see something under the gum, but it's so much more difficult with the top ones. It's bothered him for a couple of days but he seems ok now. We've booked his nursery place for when I return to work, scary that it's so close now. I thought maternity leave would last forever.

I'm hoping to get a chunk done on Saturday. Not got any plans until the evening. I'm not really 100% sure what we have to do. Plus I thought when I signed up that it was evidence based work. Not sure i would have agreed if not. It's not a massive qualification but I thought why not if it's simple.

Mine is not accredited, I'm not fussed though as if I did not do this one, the other mentorship course is at masters and I'm not interested in doing that.
We are away Saturday so no time to do it then, then I start work again Sunday night, depends on if the workload allows I might get some done then,
