'Admittedly its somewhat of a grey area... The law states betterment where you would at least be responsible for a proportion of the costs based on the btah being in perfect working order before. I appreciate it was an accident however i am disappointed you dont feel it would be the right thing to accept responsibilty for the damage thats been caused. Do you have accidental damage on your insurance??'
Another text followed with:
'If your insurance isnt an option then ill set about getting the job arranged... no point delaying. Wouldnt want any water damage to compound the problem. Thanks'
My reply after consulting our export manager who is a landlord himself is going to be:
'Thanks, i appreciate your comments however, the nature of the damage is genuine wear and tear therefore the landlords responsibility to replace. I too would appreciate this to be completed as soon as possible as i agree with you, the last thing we want is any water damage'.
He then just said 'leave it with me'
Hopefully he's just going to sort it now realising that I'm not prepared to just be a softy and offer to pay!!

That's exactly my problem Emma! I have nothing suitable to wear out and about in this country, they're all far too short as really they are holiday/beach dresses. I always struggle in this weather as never have any idea what I can wear without looking look a s1ut hahah. Plus I hate my legs, I normally keep them under wraps in a pair of leggings and roast my ass off!!
I might pop into town over the weekend and have a look in Pr1m@rk, they're bound to have some cheapy stuff :)
