I will be doing th minute silence as on my own and nobody to talk to anyway. Local buses are going to be pulling over to mark their respects

Oscar likes a paddle but won't go totally in. Not sure what he'd be like now though after he decided to jump in the lake the other month and find out he couldn't swim..

I think the stretch between the end of our beach going along to the next town is dog friendly all year round. They can walk along the promenade part though, just not on the actual beach.

Felt really bluuueeerrrghhhh today, was tired when I got up, slept well, bootcamp, drank a whole bottle of water whilst there, drank more when I came home, followed by another two large glasses. DOn't think I am dehydrated but just feel poop.

Oh and she has a permanent contract already but not as many hours as she would like so has temporary ones to up it

It's getting a bit cloudy here now and not as bright.

Also had a praise postcard from th school for my daughter with her English work

Well, cleaning's nearly done - got some pots and pans in to soak now, but all the crockery and cutlery is done and put away, and J whizzed the hoover around 'cause it doesn't seem to like me...

And although it still feels almost disgustingly hot, I've even put in 20mins on the W!i-F!t (I mainly focus on toning exercises and light running).


...Could do with a beach trip, though - I went to uni down on the south coast and spent so much time on the beach, all year round, I kind of miss it here in suburbia!

I know how you feel about not having a "summery" wardrobe, Emma - I think I have a grand total of half a dozen pale or white shirts, two light skirts/dresses and only one pair of shorts! Everything else is dark or thick fabric, or both!

Why is it, when you want the kids to come straight home from school they don't. Myself and my daughter have a dentist appointment and need to do things before going there, now she's phoned me up asking if I can give her friend a lift to her house on the way, a way I would not normally go,

Just spent 1 hour 5 mins on the phone to my colleague just nattering away haha. That certainly made the time fly!

Evening. Dentist was running late which meant I may have got a parking ticket, so asked her if we would be done by a certain time and she was. Thankfully.

Never got a parking ticket as told her I needed to be back at the car by 530. So she was quick for once.

Was meant to be going out tonight to a 40th but am not in the mood, I am so tired, so we are staying in instead. Hubby would know more people and I think I would feel left out as I only know one.

Really want to watch magic mike xxl and ted 2. Think a cinema trip is needed x
