Been and signed docs for the new car - car was there sat outside and I got a bit excited! All done and ready for us to go and collect it on Weds now.

Exciting about the car - what are you getting?
3 day week for me this week. Funeral tomorrow and annual leave Friday. We've booked a long weekend away and we both really need it, especially as last weekend we ended up babysitting my niece - not that we minded, but meant we couldn't relax properly or have anything to drink on SAturday evening as we had to drive home again afterwards.

Ironing just been picked up! I need to sort some clothes out in the bedroom but other than that I'm not doing anything tonight. I'm absolutely shattered.
Monday's are always the same. It's cos OH wakes me up at 3.30 when he goes to work so it disturbs my sleep!
I've only ever had 1 brand new car and that was back in 2002..... I loved it but not sure I'd do it again as they lose so much money!
Mines on a 08 plate at the mo but I've got private plates so no one knows anyway lol

I hate ironing so much. Might get all my uniforms done whilst off work so that when I go back they are all ready. Think I have a shift Monday and then three nights Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sunday off and back in Monday for A night.

Went to dance social on Friday and had a great time but got back and immediately after getting into bed my nose started streaming and that as it for the weekend :( Gone into work today and 3 other people are ill too :/
Nice car Flossie, you'll be happy when you get it, I never had a new car till 2 years ago and took the plunge, strange how good it makes you feel. I'm planning on keeping mine so the depreciation wont matter too much.
GF pretty much the only thing that gets ironed in our house is OH shirts. He does it too (well he's navy trained so he does a better job than me anyway!)

Just had a text from OHs mum regarding LOs eating preferences:
'Yes he eats diners, he likes chicken & Beef. Broccoli, peas, carrots, cauliflower. Cold meats. Apples, strawberries (cut up), oranges, pears, yogurt..... Hates spaghetti bolognaise, curry, shepherds pie. Not keen on cheese, eggs, tuna or banana. To be honest if he doesn't like how it looks he won't even try it!'
At least we can plan meals now and we have a good idea of what he does and doesn't ike..... We can make food fun and exciting if he goes on the appearance of things, like most children....

Hopefully found a good keep fit group. Starting Thursday morning, but they do numerous groups either morning Or evening every day so should fit into a shift schedule.

That's a pretty good selection Emmilou. He sounds similar to me in that he won't eat something if he doesn't like the look of it. I was like that too, it's why I wouldn't eat stews and casseroles. If you can get creative I'm sure you'll cope fine. At least there is fruit and veg in the list.

Good choir practice tonight, the Easter show is coming along. There's still two or three songs I need to memorise. I had a productive day as well. I sorted out the clothes we've been given for the baby, and there's a pretty good selection up to about 18 months. I've put the older stuff away from now, but put everything up to six months aside to wash. There's lots of baby grows and sleep suits, a hat and a coat for tiny baby. I went to town and got a couple more hats and some scratch mots. All I need now is a couple of pram suits or coats that aren't tiny baby.

Morning all I think we've all had a rough pants nights sleep, I'm currently sat on sofa with a cuppa debating if I can take LO to school in my pjs,lol. Imagine the looks I'd get. I'm just sat in awaiting my shopping but it's not due until midday. Making sure I drink plenty of water today as think a lot of why I e been feeling poop is due to being dehydrated, I left my infuse bottle at work though, hopefully someone has washed it out for me and not left my lemon and lime in it.
The past two nights I've been having dreams where someone is being affectionate to me and it's not hubby, the night before last I think the person was meant to be hubby but was not him, it was someone off the televise and last night I was at work and a male hca would not leave me alone, we don't even have a male hca at work!!!!! I think it's my subconscious mind telling me I'm missing out on it from hubby

I'm fine Emily, it's all down to him being a Richard head the other night. Saying he was on his way home when he was two mins away, then came home an hour later at 3am expecting me to obey his needs.
