I know Steph/Becci, she has always behaved and spent money like she's a millionaire but isn't. She's the one who took out a bank loan for a b00b job.

She's only interested too in rich men, seriously, she is now engaged to a bloke who is wealthy.

I wish it was my payday.... My bank have just text to say I'm overdrawn!! Surprise....not!!



Nothing I can do about it til my maintenance goes in (hopefully tomorrow).

Luckily I took the rent out and put it in a separate account so anything else that doesn't get paid is a luxury rather than a necessity

I'm pants with money lately!

I've just opened an email from p@yp@l saying I have requested a payment of 64.92 GBP, this I have not. I have checked the company who is requesting it and it is a company that serves different beauty products. I recently purchased some pr0@ctiv stuff for my youngest as she wanted it as a gift, at no point have I requested any more. I have logged into the pr0@ctiv site and it is not showing any recent orders either so I have emailed them asking for a refund and emailed p@yp@l requesting that all transactions to that company are stopped as I have not authorised them to take any money from me. Blooming cheek. Glad I done most of my online shopping through p@yp@l to be honest.

I don't know what I'd do in that situation em I wouldn't be able to cope. I've always been used to having a decent balance in my bank because I don't have any responsibilities atm and I've always had a part time job since 16 only only ever save I barely ever spend -- when I do it's normally on birthday and christmas presents. Coming up to the wedding will be a whole different story though and moving house - the stress I can only imagine!

I don't go overdrawn as I have not got that on my account, if it is not there it don't get paid, simples.

I'm the same Becci. I do run my current account down every month but also save a bit every month as well soon as my salary goes in.

GF, that's terrible. I find my credit card company is very good at dealing with unauthorised payments.

I hate companies like that gf ... There's a sports clothing company that does that two. You get your first outfit for £25 but then the small print says each month a new outfit will be sent to you and the amount deducted from your account

I'm meant to be working sort of. I had 9 days holiday to take but all my colleagues are off over Christmas so I couldn't take them but my boss said that I can have the days between Christmas and new year off to chill.. That in reality didn't happen because the floods have affected a lot of my locations and written off several cars so my workload has been pretty high. Today is the first day I've not switched on my laptop throughout the whole Christmas period

My oh constantly does that but with his ankles / shins it's so blooming annoying!! He likes grabs my legs with his to pull them closer to him but because it's bone on bone I have bruises all the way up my shins p

That's good you don't have much to do today. I've got loads to get through.

Men can be the laziest creatures!

Mum got us a new gf grill as our first one was starting to have the non stick flake off so when we got the new one I said under no circumstances does the fat and grease get left on the grill or in the fat catching tray.

So I made him sausages on it on Sunday ... Cleaned it straight after and put it away.
He then made burgers on it on Tuesday and left the fat and grease all over it. Because I want to keep it new I cleaned it yesterday morning as soon as I noticed he'd left it mucky but what a good start! First time he uses it and he leaves it caled in fat - gross

Morning All, Well back at work with what I was hoping was going to be my last shift here, Had to put our sensible heads on last week and we sat down and worked out our finances, Didn't work the way I wanted to so I am stuck at work for a bit longer, going to give it till April to pay off my credit card bill and hopefully will be able to leave, It is expensive in Spain to go Self employed 300 euros before I even start making money. Hoping something with a contract will also turn up in the meantime.

I have never gone overdrawn either. Always transfer bills and big expenses the day after payday including a nice lump for savings. That lump will disappear soon when we buy the house though. I have worked it out and we should be able to manage ok. fingers crossed it works out that way!

Hats off to pr0@ctiv, they have emailed back to me already, they said you can buy without a membership but this is more expensive, and as I never cancelled my membership the next shipment was ready to be sent out. As it was not sent out, they have cancelled it and cancelled my membership. They have not yet received the money so that won't go out anymore, phew.

I used to be almost always in my overdraft, from when I did my masters, the fun started when I was regularly coming close to the overdraft limit. It was a combination of tuition fees and a new flute headjoint. Once I started a proper repayment plan it improved, but it means I only have a basic bank account so can't go overdrawn. I manage to save something most months though, now that I'm married so we have two salaries. Most of my automatic payments go out on payday, but there are some on the first of the month (payday is 24th), and a couple later again. Not all of them gave me an option.

Just told him that the next job he has to do is sort out all the cr@p around his bedside cabinet, his reply was so what was in that bag of receipts you chucked over the other side of the room, you've not sorted through it? My reply was all the cr@p that was all over the top and spewing down the sides, hence why it is phase not been chucked out yet.

Anyway, is it really my job to sort through all his receipts? And also, I never chucked the bag over the other side of the room, that was him, I left it by his side of the bed for him to sort out. He chucked it over my side, would serve him right if I had chucked it out. I told him that he needs a better filing system for his receipts, not to be left all over the bedside table making it look a mess. In the old house we had a big room so he had his decks set up in there. When we moved I said we are not moving to accommodate them, so they are not up all the time anymore, as it was that was just a bigger table for him to chuck all his receipts. He seems to tink that he needs to keep ones from the supermarket. I've told him numerous times he does not have to and only keep the ones needed for his books.

Suppose I had best think about getting showered and dressed soon.
